## Security and operating rules

- The public MCP endpoint requires OAuth authorization.
- Tool availability depends on the application's scopes, authorized groups, tool allowlist or denylist, and tenant policy.
- Sensitive or destructive operations may require a preview followed by explicit confirmation.
- Agents must discover the tools available to the authorized application instead of assuming that every 9bot capability is enabled.
- Do not expose access tokens, client secrets, WhatsApp identifiers, private messages, or tenant data in prompts, logs, or public output.
- Prefer read-only operations when the user's intent is informational.
- Confirm the target group, recipient, schedule, and expected effect before state-changing operations.
