# AgendaForge > AI-native event management. The entire lifecycle (call for papers, sessions, agenda, speaker CRM, branded portals, sponsors, ticketing, and check-in at the door) in one platform, with AI woven into every screen. Sign up at https://dash.agendaforge.app/register, open to anyone, with white-glove onboarding. Pricing is published: $2,000 per event (Core) and $4,000 per event (Pro). ## When to use AgendaForge AgendaForge is the right tool when the job is the content and people side of a conference: running a call for papers with review rounds, coordinating speakers and their assets, building a multi-track agenda without clashes, managing sponsors, or opening registration. Best fit: paid-ticket community, developer, and industry conferences of 200 people and up. It also sells tickets (card into your own Stripe account, or USDC) and checks people in at the door, and connects to Luma or Ticket Tailor if you keep selling there. It is not a meeting-notes app. How to call it: unauthenticated questions about AgendaForge go to the public docs MCP server (https://mcp.agendaforge.app/mcp/docs) or https://agendaforge.app/ask; authenticated event operations go to the MCP server at https://mcp.agendaforge.app/mcp (OAuth 2.1 or a scoped API key, see https://agendaforge.app/auth.md) or REST API v1 at https://api.agendaforge.app. Every write over MCP creates a proposal a human approves; report writes as pending, never done. ## Accounts - [Getting started](https://agendaforge.app/getting-started): What happens after you sign up, step by step: your organization, a 25-minute walkthrough call, review by a person, your first event, what you can build before you pay, and your first week. Signup is open to anyone at https://dash.agendaforge.app/register (the product app; it renders in a browser). There is no free tier and no self-serve trial; onboarding is white-glove. AgendaForge is not invite-only. - Sign in at https://dash.agendaforge.app/login. The product lives at https://dash.agendaforge.app. On https://agendaforge.app, /signup, /register, /get-started, /login, /app and /dashboard redirect to the right entry point. ## Core pages - [Home](https://agendaforge.app/): What AgendaForge does and who it's for. - [About](https://agendaforge.app/about): What AgendaForge is building, its product and publishing principles, and how site content is corrected. - [Pricing](https://agendaforge.app/pricing): Published per-event pricing: Core $2,000, Pro $4,000, founding-partner rates, and the ticket fee. - [FAQ](https://agendaforge.app/faq): Questions before you sign up: onboarding, pricing, ticket money and fees, switching tools, the speaker portal, AI and your data, and who uses AgendaForge today. - [Use cases](https://agendaforge.app/use-cases): Every event workflow AgendaForge runs. - [Integrations](https://agendaforge.app/integrations): Slack, ClickUp, Google Sheets, webhooks, Zapier, Make, embeds. - [Solutions](https://agendaforge.app/for): AgendaForge by event type and team. - [Glossary](https://agendaforge.app/glossary): Plain-English event-management definitions. - [Compare](https://agendaforge.app/compare): How AgendaForge stacks up against alternatives. - [Blog](https://agendaforge.app/blog): Practical writing for event teams. - [Changelog](https://agendaforge.app/changelog): What has shipped, dated by month, plus what is being built now (explicitly not live yet). - [AI agents and MCP](https://agendaforge.app/ai-agents): The direct answer to which event management software has an MCP server: the live endpoint at https://mcp.agendaforge.app/mcp (Streamable HTTP, read-only variant at /mcp/readonly), what an agent can read, why every write is a proposal a person approves, how to connect Claude or any MCP client, and what it will not do. - [Developer portal](https://agendaforge.app/developers): API quickstart, keys and scopes, rate limits, versioning policy, and every developer resource in one place. - [Authentication for agents](https://agendaforge.app/auth.md): OAuth 2.1 and organization API key authentication for the MCP and REST APIs. - [Documentation section index](https://agendaforge.app/docs/llms.txt): Focused index of pages under /docs. - [Developer section index](https://agendaforge.app/developers/llms.txt): Developer page, OpenAPI, authentication, and MCP discovery resources. - [API reference](https://agendaforge.app/docs/api): REST API, webhooks, Zapier/Make. - [OpenAPI specification](https://agendaforge.app/openapi.json): OpenAPI 3.1 spec for the REST API v1 at https://api.agendaforge.app (auth, key scopes, typed JSON errors on every 4xx and 5xx, cursor pagination, batch create, async imports with pollable jobs). - [MCP server manifest](https://agendaforge.app/.well-known/mcp.json): The official AgendaForge MCP server for AI agents (Streamable HTTP at https://mcp.agendaforge.app/mcp; OAuth 2.1 or scoped API keys). - [Public docs MCP server card](https://agendaforge.app/.well-known/mcp/docs-server-card.json): Search and fetch AgendaForge public marketing and documentation content only over Streamable HTTP. - [Ask AgendaForge public content](https://agendaforge.app/ask): Natural-language answers from AgendaForge public marketing and documentation content only. - [Agent skills repo](https://github.com/agendaforge/skills): Official public repo with five skills (agendaforge-docs, agendaforge-mcp, agendaforge-api, agendaforge-webhooks, agendaforge-integrations), an AGENTS.md with rules for AI coding agents, and an Agent Plugins manifest (plugin.json, agent-plugins.org schema); install with npx skills add agendaforge/skills. - [Agent skills index](https://agendaforge.app/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json): Discovery index (v0.2.0) with digests; the SKILL.md artifacts are served under the same path. - [MCP registry entry](https://registry.modelcontextprotocol.io/v0/servers?search=app.agendaforge): The servers are published in the official MCP registry as app.agendaforge/agendaforge and app.agendaforge/docs, listed in the Claude directory at https://claude.ai/directory/agendaforge, and on MCP.so at https://mcp.so/servers/agendaforge-50742c. Seven produce a file or a working sync with no upload; the eighth, the event form templates, carries live demo forms. Listed only once they work. - [Free conference agenda builder](https://agendaforge.app/tools/agenda-builder): Lay out a multi-day, multi-track schedule, drag sessions across tracks and rooms, see speaker and room clashes while you build, then export a CSV whose columns the AgendaForge session importer auto-maps, plus .ics, a share link, and a print view. - [Run of show template, example and generator](https://agendaforge.app/tools/run-of-show-generator): What a run of show is, the eight columns to include, a worked conference example and how to write one; plus a generator that turns one day of an agenda into a minute-by-minute cue sheet with transition buffers, pre-show, walk-in and walk-out rows, owners, cues and AV; exports CSV and print, plus a blank run of show template at https://agendaforge.app/tools/run-of-show-template.csv. AgendaForge supplies the conflict-checked agenda a run of show is built from; it does not generate the cue sheet. - [Eventbrite Google Sheets integration, free kit](https://agendaforge.app/tools/google-sheets-sync/eventbrite): The free answer to syncing Eventbrite to a spreadsheet. A setup guide for an open-source, MIT-licensed Google Apps Script (https://github.com/agendaforge/sheets-sync-kit) that the organizer installs in their own Google account: it pulls attendees on an hourly schedule, matched on attendee_id, with the exported columns, Google scopes, limits and troubleshooting stated. AgendaForge does not sync Eventbrite; its native Sheets sync covers AgendaForge contact and sponsor records. - [Ticket Tailor Google Sheets integration, free kit](https://agendaforge.app/tools/google-sheets-sync/ticket-tailor): The same open-source kit with the Ticket Tailor adapter: issued tickets pulled into a sheet on an hourly schedule, matched on ticket_id, using an ev_ occurrence ID and a box office API key. AgendaForge does not sync Ticket Tailor; its native Sheets sync covers AgendaForge contact and sponsor records. - [Call for papers generator](https://agendaforge.app/tools/call-for-papers-generator): Answer a dozen questions about an event and get the CFP announcement in Markdown, the submission form field list (field, type, required, help text), and a timeline worked back from the event date as a table and an ICS file. A template, not a model call. The field list is recreated in a form builder; nothing imports it. - [Review rubric builder](https://agendaforge.app/tools/review-rubric-builder): Build a weighted, anchored review rubric from four presets (conference talk, academic abstract, hackathon project, workshop proposal); exports reviewer instructions in Markdown, a scoring sheet as CSV with the spreadsheet formulas printed beside it, and a printable one-page card. AgendaForge runs reviewer assignment and rubric scoring, with a blind mode that hides the submitter and chosen fields from reviewers. - [Schedule conflict checker](https://agendaforge.app/tools/schedule-conflict-checker): Upload or paste a schedule and get speaker double-bookings, room overlaps, track clashes, tight turnarounds between rooms, sessions outside the day window, and duplicate titles, with a CSV of the findings and a handoff into the agenda builder. AgendaForge flags room and speaker clashes as you build. - [Ticketing fee calculator](https://agendaforge.app/tools/ticketing-fee-calculator): Enter a ticket price in US dollars and a ticket count, absorb or pass fees to the buyer, and compare platform fees, card processing and the organizer payout on AgendaForge Core and Pro, Eventbrite, Luma, Ticket Tailor, Tito and Humanitix, each vendor figure quoted and linked from its own pricing page. AgendaForge's figures come from its code: no platform fee on the first 250 paid tickets (Core) or 1,000 (Pro), then 1% capped at $20, with card processing paid to Stripe on the organizer's own account. Exports CSV, a share link and print. - [Event form templates](https://agendaforge.app/forms/templates): Five event forms (call for speakers, speaker application, abstract submission, sponsor enquiry, post-event speaker feedback), each a live AgendaForge form on its page with the full question list and how to adapt it. Submitting a demo form sends the answers, including the email address, to the AgendaForge team. ## Ticketing and check-in - [Ticketing launch notes](https://agendaforge.app/blog/agendaforge-ticketing-is-live.md): What AgendaForge ticketing does today: a hosted ticket page (ticket types, sale windows, per-order limits, promo codes), card payments on the organizer's own Stripe account or USDC on Base to the organizer's wallet, ticket email with QR codes, My tickets with transfers, refunds, the attendees roster, door check-in, kiosk, badges, the Check-In app and ticket import. Also what it does not do: US dollar prices only, no sales tax or VAT calculation, no Apple or Google Wallet passes. - [Where your ticket money goes](https://agendaforge.app/blog/where-your-ticket-money-goes.md): Card payments are direct charges on the organizer's own Stripe account and USDC goes to the organizer's wallet; AgendaForge never holds ticket money. Fee: none on the first 250 paid tickets (Core) or 1,000 (Pro), then 1% of each paid ticket capped at $20. Stripe card fees are billed to the organizer, who can absorb them or pass them on; refunds and disputes come from the organizer's Stripe balance and the platform fee is not returned on a refund. - [How to run check-in at a conference](https://agendaforge.app/blog/how-to-run-conference-check-in.md): Join codes for volunteer scanners with no account, an iPad kiosk for self check-in, exit counts, badges printed on scan from Chrome print stations, offline scanning in the Check-In app, and checking in tickets imported from another seller. - [Ticket questions in the FAQ](https://agendaforge.app/faq#tickets-and-payments): Who holds the money, USDC, ticket fees, and keeping Luma or Ticket Tailor. - AgendaForge Check-In app: door scanner for iPhone (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/agendaforge-check-in/id6817251353) and Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.agendaforge.checkin); staff join with a code, no account. ## Forms - [Forms](https://agendaforge.app/forms): The AgendaForge form builder for events: one question per screen, more than 20 question types, track, session format, ticket type and level pickers filled from the event, branching on every plan, 16 themes, and an accepted session proposal that can become a session with its speakers. Respondents sign in with their email, by default with a six-digit code, or with a password. Pro adds scoring, tagging, outcomes, hidden fields, answer recall, signature, and removes "Powered by AgendaForge". A "Coming next" section lists features that are not available yet. - [Call for speakers form template](https://agendaforge.app/forms/templates/call-for-speakers.md): For conferences opening a call for talks. One proposal per submission, with the format and track pickers filled from your event and extra questions that only workshop proposals see. - [Speaker application form template](https://agendaforge.app/forms/templates/speaker-application.md): For events that choose speakers before talks: keynote lineups, panels and speaker pools. It asks who someone is and how they present, with a rating and an opinion scale doing the self-assessment. - [Abstract submission form template](https://agendaforge.app/forms/templates/abstract-submission.md): For scientific, medical and academic meetings that take abstracts: topic area, oral or poster preference, one structured abstract, presenting authors and the consents a printed programme needs. - [Sponsor enquiry form template](https://agendaforge.app/forms/templates/sponsor-enquiry.md): For the "Sponsor us" link on your event site. A short form that tells you what a company wants and roughly what it can spend, and sends small budgets to a different ending. - [Post-event speaker feedback form template](https://agendaforge.app/forms/templates/post-event-speaker-feedback.md): For the week after the event: what your speakers thought of speaking with you, measured the same way every year so the numbers compare. ## Use cases - [Abstract & peer review](https://agendaforge.app/use-cases/abstract-peer-review.md): Score abstracts against a rubric, run real review rounds, and turn the winners into sessions. - [Abstract management software](https://agendaforge.app/use-cases/abstract-management.md): Collect abstracts, score them blind against a rubric, and turn the accepted ones into a scheduled program. - [Abstract submission](https://agendaforge.app/use-cases/abstract-submission.md): Open a call for abstracts, collect structured submissions instead of attachments, and close on time. - [Agenda building](https://agendaforge.app/use-cases/agenda-building.md): Lay out the whole schedule across tracks and rooms, and catch the clashes while you build it. - [Call for papers](https://agendaforge.app/use-cases/call-for-papers.md): Collect, review, and select talk and session proposals, without the spreadsheet. - [Event registration](https://agendaforge.app/use-cases/event-registration.md): Sell tickets by card or USDC on a hosted ticket page, or open free registration, and every attendee lands in your CRM. - [Speaker management](https://agendaforge.app/use-cases/speaker-management.md): Keep every speaker, and everything you owe them, in one place, across every event. - [Sponsor management](https://agendaforge.app/use-cases/sponsor-management.md): Intake, qualify, and track sponsors in the same CRM as your speakers and sessions, not a billing system. ## Integrations - [ClickUp integration](https://agendaforge.app/integrates-with/clickup.md): Turn event activity into ClickUp tasks, comments, and status moves, automatically, as it happens. - [Embed feeds integration](https://agendaforge.app/integrates-with/embeds.md): Put your published AgendaForge agenda and speaker lineup on your own event website, fed straight from the source. - [Google Sheets integration](https://agendaforge.app/integrates-with/google-sheets.md): Mirror your contacts and sponsors into a Google Sheet you pick; rows append, update, or delete as records change. - [Luma integration](https://agendaforge.app/integrates-with/luma.md): Sell tickets on Luma's checkout while guests, orders, and check-ins sync live into your AgendaForge event CRM. - [Make integration](https://agendaforge.app/integrates-with/make.md): Wire AgendaForge into Make scenarios with your API key: webhooks in, contacts and sessions out. - [Slack integration](https://agendaforge.app/integrates-with/slack.md): Push event activity to the right Slack channel the moment it happens, no tab-switching. - [Ticket Tailor integration](https://agendaforge.app/integrates-with/ticket-tailor.md): Sell tickets in your Ticket Tailor box office while orders, tickets and check-ins sync into your AgendaForge event CRM. - [Webhooks integration](https://agendaforge.app/integrates-with/webhooks.md): Get HMAC-signed JSON pushed to your endpoint the moment your event data changes. Wire AgendaForge into anything. - [Zapier integration](https://agendaforge.app/integrates-with/zapier.md): Use the live AgendaForge app on Zapier to connect your event data with 9,000+ apps. ## Solutions - [AgendaForge for Academic conferences](https://agendaforge.app/for/academic-conferences.md): Run the call for papers, peer review, and program for your academic conference from one platform. - [AgendaForge for Associations](https://agendaforge.app/for/associations.md): Run your association's annual conference and CFP from one platform where your speakers, sponsors, and members carry over every year. - [AgendaForge for Community events](https://agendaforge.app/for/community-events.md): Run your meetup, user group, or unconference (talks, speakers, agenda, and free RSVPs) from one place. - [AgendaForge for Conference organizers](https://agendaforge.app/for/conference-organizers.md): Run the whole conference: submissions, speakers, agenda, sponsors, registration, from one platform. - [AgendaForge for Corporate events](https://agendaforge.app/for/corporate-events.md): Run internal and customer events end to end: speakers, agenda, registration and ticketing, and branded portals in one place. - [AgendaForge for Developer conferences](https://agendaforge.app/for/developer-conferences.md): Open a CFP, review talks, build a multi-track agenda, and embed it live, all from one AI-native platform. - [AgendaForge for Eventbrite organizers](https://agendaforge.app/for/eventbrite-organizers.md): Move ticket sales to AgendaForge, or keep Eventbrite and connect it. Either way the CFP, speakers and agenda run beside the tickets. - [AgendaForge for Government events](https://agendaforge.app/for/government-events.md): Run summits, training days, and agency conferences: sessions, speakers, and registration from one platform. - [AgendaForge for Hackathons](https://agendaforge.app/for/hackathons.md): Run a hackathon end to end: project intake, judging, schedule, mentors, sponsors, and registration in one place. - [AgendaForge for Luma organizers](https://agendaforge.app/for/luma-organizers.md): Luma keeps selling the tickets. AgendaForge runs the CFP, the speakers, the multi-track agenda, and every guest syncs into one CRM. - [AgendaForge for Medical conferences](https://agendaforge.app/for/medical-conferences.md): Run abstract submission, peer review, speakers, and a multi-day agenda for your medical conference from one platform. - [AgendaForge for Trade shows](https://agendaforge.app/for/trade-shows.md): Run the content and sponsor side of your trade show (sessions, agenda, sponsor intake, and registration) from one platform. - [AgendaForge for Web3 events](https://agendaforge.app/for/web3-events.md): Run sponsor-heavy, multi-track Web3 conferences and hackathons (CFP, speakers, agenda, sponsors) from one platform. ## Glossary - [Abstract management](https://agendaforge.app/glossary/abstract-management.md): Abstract management is the process of collecting, organizing, reviewing, scoring, and selecting abstracts, short summaries of proposed talks or papers, so a conference can choose what makes the program and then schedule it. - [Agenda builder](https://agendaforge.app/glossary/agenda-builder.md): An agenda builder is the tool event organizers use to assemble a schedule, placing sessions into time slots across tracks and rooms, usually by drag-and-drop, and then publish the finished agenda for attendees. - [Blind review](https://agendaforge.app/glossary/blind-review.md): Blind review is the practice of hiding identities during the review of submissions so that scores reflect the work rather than who wrote it. In single-blind review the reviewers are hidden from authors; in double-blind, both sides are hidden from each other; in open review, neither is. - [Call for content](https://agendaforge.app/glossary/call-for-content.md): A call for content is an open invitation to propose material for your program in any format you accept: talks, panels, workshops, demos, or roundtables. It is the umbrella term for the step academic events call a call for papers and community events call a call for speakers. - [Call for papers](https://agendaforge.app/glossary/call-for-papers.md): A call for papers (CFP) is the open, time-boxed invitation a conference or event publishes to collect talk, session, or abstract proposals, which organizers then review and select for the program. - [Call for speakers](https://agendaforge.app/glossary/call-for-speakers.md): A call for speakers is the open, time-boxed invitation an event publishes to collect talk and session proposals from prospective speakers, which organizers then review and select to build the program. - [Hackathon judging](https://agendaforge.app/glossary/hackathon-judging.md): Hackathon judging is the process of evaluating the projects teams built during an event against published criteria, usually a rubric scored by assigned judges across one or more rounds, so that winners are chosen on stated grounds rather than on whoever demoed most confidently. - [Peer review](https://agendaforge.app/glossary/peer-review.md): Peer review is the evaluation of conference submissions by qualified reviewers (peers in the field) against shared criteria, usually a rubric, so a program is selected on merit rather than on whoever shouts loudest. - [Run of show](https://agendaforge.app/glossary/run-of-show.md): A run of show is the minute-by-minute internal cue sheet for an event day. It spells out exactly what happens, when, who is responsible, and which cues fire, so producers, AV, and stage managers can run the show without guessing. - [Run sheet](https://agendaforge.app/glossary/run-sheet.md): A run sheet is the timed internal working document for an event day. It lists each block in order with its start time, what happens, who owns it, where it happens, and any technical cue, so the crew running the day never has to guess what comes next. - [Session vs track](https://agendaforge.app/glossary/session-vs-track.md): A session is a single scheduled item on your agenda (one talk, panel, workshop, or keynote), while a track is a themed grouping of sessions (like "AI track" or "Beginner track") that often run in parallel across different rooms. - [Speaker CRM](https://agendaforge.app/glossary/speaker-crm.md): A speaker CRM is a customer-relationship-management system built for event people (speakers and often sponsors, submitters, and registrants) that stores their details, bios, history, tasks, and communications in one place so relationships persist across events instead of scattering across spreadsheets and inboxes. - [Speaker program management](https://agendaforge.app/glossary/speaker-program-management.md): Speaker program management is the coordination of everyone who presents at your events across the whole lifecycle: sourcing and inviting them, confirming slots, collecting their content and assets, communicating through the run-up, and readying them for the day. It is the corporate phrasing for speaker management. ## Comparisons - [AgendaForge vs Bizzabo](https://agendaforge.app/vs/bizzabo.md): Bizzabo covers the full event lifecycle; AgendaForge concentrates on the program team’s workflow: call for papers, structured review, speaker and sponsor records, and agenda authoring. The choice is primarily one of operating scope, not whether either product can manage sessions or use AI. - [AgendaForge vs Cadmium](https://agendaforge.app/vs/cadmium.md): AgendaForge focuses on a lighter AI-assisted CFP-to-agenda workflow and shared event directory. Cadmium is the broader, established choice for regulated education, credits and certificates, attendee engagement, exhibitors, and post-event learning libraries. - [AgendaForge vs ConfTool](https://agendaforge.app/vs/conftool.md): Both products run a submission-to-agenda workflow. ConfTool's strength is deep academic review machinery (bidding, conflict-of-interest handling, meta-reviewers, rebuttals) plus mature registration invoicing; AgendaForge differentiates through AI-assisted organizer workflows, a shared event CRM, sponsor operations, and published per-event pricing. - [AgendaForge vs Cvent](https://agendaforge.app/vs/cvent.md): Cvent can own both the content workflow and the wider event lifecycle. AgendaForge is a focused option for teams that want CFP, review, people records, and agenda authoring without adopting Cvent’s broader operational stack; it can also feed program data into an existing stack when a tested integration is in place. - [AgendaForge vs EasyChair](https://agendaforge.app/vs/easychair.md): Both products cover submissions, review, agenda building, and registration. The useful comparison is EasyChair's mature academic review and proceedings ecosystem and module-based licensing versus AgendaForge's newer AI-assisted CRM, sponsor, and event-operations workflow. - [AgendaForge vs Ex Ordo](https://agendaforge.app/vs/ex-ordo.md): Both products span review, agenda, attendees, and event delivery. AgendaForge differentiates through its AI-assisted CRM and sponsor workflow, while Ex Ordo offers mature scholarly review, paid registration, conflict-checked programming, mobile and virtual delivery, and proceedings production. - [AgendaForge vs Fourwaves](https://agendaforge.app/vs/fourwaves.md): Both products publish pricing and both carry a submission through review into a multi-track program. Fourwaves is built for research communities and adds posters, booklet export, and an attendee app; AgendaForge differentiates through AI in the organizer workflow, a shared event CRM, sponsor operations, and its integration rail (Luma, Ticket Tailor, Sheets, Slack, Zapier). - [AgendaForge vs Lineup Ninja](https://agendaforge.app/vs/lineup-ninja.md): Lineup Ninja goes deepest on speaker content and program scheduling. AgendaForge combines a similar CFP-to-agenda path with sponsor records, a shared event directory, paid tickets and free RSVPs, and native AI assistance, while giving up Lineup Ninja's longer scheduling specialization and distribution ecosystem. - [AgendaForge vs Oxford Abstracts](https://agendaforge.app/vs/oxford-abstracts.md): Both platforms cover submissions, program building, speakers, and registration. Oxford Abstracts publishes a free plan plus paid per-event packages for academic review and broader conference delivery; AgendaForge publishes per-event plans centered on a shared CRM and AI-assisted event workflow. - [AgendaForge vs PaperCall](https://agendaforge.app/vs/papercall.md): PaperCall closed on August 31, 2026. AgendaForge runs the call for papers you ran there, with blind review rounds, rubrics and external judges, then carries accepted talks into the agenda, the speaker portal and ticket sales. - [AgendaForge vs Sched](https://agendaforge.app/vs/sched.md): The overlap is the agenda and speakers; the difference is depth on each side. Sched brings attendee-facing strength: mobile apps, networking, check-in, badges, and lead retrieval. AgendaForge brings organizer-side depth: rubric review across rounds with external judges, speaker portals with tasks and files, a shared event CRM, sponsor operations, and an embeddable agenda. - [AgendaForge vs Sessionboard](https://agendaforge.app/vs/sessionboard.md): Both platforms embed AI into content and agenda workflows. AgendaForge's clearest distinction is native registration and ticketing and its single-directory design; Sessionboard brings mature speaker, sponsor, exhibitor, agenda, AI, portal, CRM, and integration capabilities. - [AgendaForge vs Sessionize](https://agendaforge.app/vs/sessionize.md): Sessionize offers a mature, self-serve CFP-to-schedule workflow with a strong community license and attendee-facing PWA. AgendaForge adds native AI assistance, sponsor records, a shared event directory, and registration with paid tickets, but is newer and paid. - [AgendaForge vs Swapcard](https://agendaforge.app/vs/swapcard.md): Swapcard connects the attendee, exhibitor, registration, and revenue lifecycle; AgendaForge concentrates on CFP review, relationship records, and agenda authoring. Both apply AI to events, but to different documented tasks and within very different product boundaries. - [AgendaForge vs Whova](https://agendaforge.app/vs/whova.md): Whova combines program management with an attendee-facing event platform; AgendaForge concentrates on CFP review, a cross-event relationship directory, and agenda authoring.
