# Agent Harbor

> Agent Harbor LLC runs pay-per-call services that AI agents call and pay for on their own: company and web data, site audits, public records and developer tools. Ten endpoints, priced per call in USDC over x402 v2 on Base mainnet, with no account or API key. All inference runs on Agent Harbor's own hardware in Bremerton, Washington. Agent Harbor also builds managed AI agent fleets for businesses.

## Pay-per-call agent services

Base URL: `https://x402.agentharbor.agency`. All endpoints accept `GET` (`/scrape`, `/enrich` and `/company` also accept `POST`). An unpaid request returns HTTP 402 with x402 v2 terms base64-encoded in the `PAYMENT-REQUIRED` header; the caller pays and retries with the signed payload in the `PAYMENT-SIGNATURE` header. Nothing is charged unless the call is served.

Company and web data:
- `/company?domain=` — $0.005 — compact company card: business name, generic role contact address, up to 10 technology names, content_safety flags. Target 45 s.
- `/scrape?domain=` — $0.01 — business name with source, public contact signals, platform stack with evidence per detection; unsupported claims struck with a reason. Target 45 s.
- `/enrich?domain=` — $0.05 — everything in /scrape plus firmographics and a tech-stack summary checked against the evidence. Target 120 s.
- `/domain-verify?domain=` — $0.005 — DNS, RDAP registration, TLS and website checks with risk flags. Target 30 s.

Site audits:
- `/audit?domain=` — $0.05 — home-page audit of analytics, consent, structured data, AI-crawler access and SEO, as a ranked fix list. Target 75 s.
- `/ai-crawlers?domain=` — $0.01 — which AI crawlers may fetch the home page under robots.txt, plus sitemap, llms.txt and noindex checks. Target 40 s.

Public records:
- `/sec-company` — $0.01 — SEC EDGAR profile, XBRL financials and recent filings. Inputs: `ticker`, `cik`, `filings`, `forms`. Target 30 s.
- `/recalls` — $0.005 — CPSC, NHTSA and FDA recall matches. Inputs: `category`, `query`, `make`, `model`, `year`, `limit`. Target 30 s.

Developer tools:
- `/package-check` — $0.003 — OSV vulnerabilities, license and deprecation status. Inputs: `ecosystem`, `name`, `version`. Target 20 s.
- `/pdf-extract` — $0.01 — public PDF as markdown, up to 30 pages per call. Inputs: `url`, `pages`. Target 60 s.

`/scrape`, `/enrich` and `/company` include a free `content_safety` field that flags prompt-injection patterns in returned site text.

### Settlement

- x402: version 2, scheme `exact`, network `eip155:8453` (Base mainnet), asset USDC, pay to `0x840C829530DF7B4CCF700Fa3A0060cF2C80b014e`
- MPP (Machine Payments Protocol): accepted on routes priced $0.01 and up, via a `WWW-Authenticate: Payment` challenge; Tempo USDC settled through Stripe
- The live catalog is authoritative for prices and terms.

### Copy-paste examples

Use a dedicated wallet holding only the USDC you mean to spend, and keep its key in an environment variable (`AGENTHARBOR_PRIVATE_KEY` below). A cap in the client refuses any quote above it before anything is signed.
