## Offer

**Document Answers** asks “what does policy require?” and returns an answer with the supporting passage, and flags the gap when a question sits outside the approved documents.

**Document Extraction** — pulling named fields into another system — is quoted as its own scope.

The quote follows the documents, the questions, and the controls around them, at any team size.

Public floors (starting prices; the quote is fixed before work begins, from a sample of real files):

- **Document Answers — from $2,500.** Included when named in your quote: one document collection, one team and one delivery channel, cited answers with source passages, gap detection, launch testing, and handover.
- **Answers + Review — from $6,000.** Everything in Document Answers, plus an approval workflow routed to the reviewers you name, cleanup recommendations, conflict testing, and the refresh after cleanup. Monthly and weekly care are included on the care plans named in your quote.
- **Docs with Governance — from $15,000.** Multiple collections and access groups, review routes for each team, broader cleanup, integrations included when named in your quote, and 90 days of care. Ongoing care continues on the monthly or weekly plan named in your quote.

**Scoping pilot, $750.** For complex or messy collections. Representative files and questions produce a fixed quote and a clear plan. The full $750 is credited to the build.

**Ongoing care.** Monthly refresh and support from $300 a month. Weekly refreshes, answer-quality checks, and review upkeep from $900 a month.

**Running costs.** Hosting and AI usage are billed at cost to the customer’s account, or bundled into a managed monthly allowance named in the quote.

## Delivery channels

Slack, Microsoft Teams, a secure web app with Google or Microsoft sign-in, and an MCP connection for AI agents are included when named in your quote. Drive, wiki, and help-desk connections are included the same way.
