# CredCycle > Provider credentialing and payer enrollment tracking for medical practices. CAQH attestations, Medicare revalidation, re-credentialing cycles, and licenses on one board. CredCycle is a product of Artificl. It is provider credentialing and payer enrollment tracking for medical practices. ## Who it is for A CAQH attestation lapsed 120 days after the last one, a commercial re-credentialing packet sat unsubmitted, and now claims are denying for a provider who's been seeing patients all month. CredCycle keeps every credential and payer cycle on one board, starts the follow-ups early, and keeps the proof. Built for independent practices and small groups. Typical users: Practice manager, Credentialing coordinator, Billing manager, Physician owner. ## What it tracks Each record holds: Provider, Credential / payer, Due / expires, Status, Last followed up, Follow-ups. Records are sorted by how urgent they are rather than by date entered, so whatever is expired or closest to lapsing appears first. ## What it does - **CAQH on its 120-day clock** — Attestations lapse quietly every four months and take the payer directory with them. Tracked per provider on its own cycle, chased before it expires. - **Every payer, every cycle** — Medicare revalidation, Medicaid renewals, and commercial re-credentialing tracked separately per payer — because they don't share a calendar. - **Follow-ups that start early** — Reminders at 90, 45, and 14 days, because a packet submitted a month out is already late with most plans. - **Billing risk, visible** — A single view of which providers have a lapsed enrollment right now — the ones whose claims are denying while you read this. ## Questions it can answer - Where does Dr. Rahim stand with each payer? - Which enrollments have lapsed, so claims are denying? - Which CAQH attestations and payer packets are due in 30 days? - How much of our billing is exposed to a credentialing gap? ## Pricing $49 per month, per practice, not per provider, after a 14-day trial. A card is required at signup; you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel in one click. Cancelled accounts become read-only and you can still export everything. ## Working with AI assistants CredCycle exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint at https://credcycle.artificl.us/mcp. A customer can connect an assistant they already pay for — Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, GitHub Copilot, or a local model — and ask questions against their own live records. The connection is read-only by default and every request is written to the account's activity log. ## Pages - [Home](https://credcycle.artificl.us/): what it does and who it is for - [Pricing](https://credcycle.artificl.us/pricing): price, trial terms, and common questions - [Terms of service](https://credcycle.artificl.us/terms) - [Privacy policy](https://credcycle.artificl.us/privacy) ## Contact support@artificl.us
