# Auditro > Auditro is an ICV + Emiratisation engine for UAE companies. It shows > finance and HR teams what one decision, such as an Emirati hire or a > shift in supplier spend, does to the company's MoHRE Emiratisation quota > position and its In-Country Value (ICV) score, what it costs, and which > records support it. The two results are shown side by side and never > combined. Auditro plans and forecasts. MoHRE and Nafis remain the record for Emiratisation, and MoIAT-approved certifying bodies issue ICV certificates. Quota figures follow the published 2026 MoHRE rules and are calculated from figures the user enters; MoHRE has not announced a target after 31 December 2026. For ICV, Auditro maintains a live ICV score estimate for each legal entity, ranks the finance and procurement actions that can move that score, each with an expected point impact, a cash consequence and an evidence requirement, and keeps every score component traceable back to the purchase orders, invoices, supplier certificates, payroll records and fixed-asset entries behind it. For Emiratisation, it shows a company's 2026 quota position and the contribution at stake, and what each planned Emirati hire does to that position and to the ICV score. The quota is a position against a target, not a score, and it is never added to the ICV score. It is built for CFOs, finance controllers, HR and Emiratisation leads, procurement directors, ICV managers and commercial leads at UAE suppliers, contractors, manufacturers and multi-entity holding groups. Multi-entity groups are the primary design case: each legal entity, trade licence, certificate period, National ICV certificate and buyer-specific procurement context is tracked separately. Auditro models the National ICV Programme as the common certification layer. Abu Dhabi Local Content (ADLC) and ADNOC apply that unified certificate through buyer-specific procurement and localization rules. Dubai ICV / TASHAROK is tracked as a separate local-procurement framework; Auditro does not invent a numeric Dubai score where no public calculation method is disclosed. ## Scope and limits - Auditro provides ICV and Emiratisation decision support and evidence workflows. It does not certify scores and does not guarantee tender outcomes. - Auditro is not a certifying body and not an Accredited Service Provider. - Auditro does not file with MoHRE or Nafis and does not replace them. MoHRE's own quota figure is the one that counts. - Quota figures cover the 2026 rules only. - Auditro is not a public supplier marketplace and not a general company operating system. - ERP and e-invoicing systems are data sources for Auditro, not products it replaces. - Auditro is pre-launch. Any figure shown in product screenshots on the site belongs to an illustrative example entity, not a customer, and should not be cited as a measured result or benchmark. ## Free ICV calculator - https://auditro.co/icv-calculator/ estimates a UAE In-Country Value (ICV) score from figures in a company's audited financial statements, using the formula in MoIAT's September 2025 ICV Template, for goods manufacturers and for service providers. - Components and maximum points: Manufacturing Cost or Third Party Spend (50), Investments (25), Emiratisation (15), Expat Contribution (10), ICV Bonus (up to 5), Advanced Technology and Sustainability Bonus (up to 6 for manufacturers, up to 3 for service providers). - Free, with no sign-up. Figures typed into the form stay in the browser. - The result is an estimate, not a certified score. Only a MoIAT-empanelled certifying body can issue an ICV certificate. - How each component is calculated: https://auditro.co/icv-score-calculation/ ## Free Emirati hire calculator - https://auditro.co/emirati-hire-calculator/ shows what one planned Emirati hire does to a company's MoHRE Emiratisation quota and, separately, to its estimated National ICV score. The two results are never added together. - Quota, 2026: the required number is estimated at 10% of skilled workers at the 31 December 2026 checkpoint, for establishments with 50 or more workers. Each missing Emirati is AED 10,000 a month, AED 120,000 a year. The result is exposure, not an invoice. MoHRE's own figure is authoritative and can be entered to replace the estimate. - ICV: points the hire adds by route (local value, Emiratisation, Emirati headcount bonus), net annual cost after the 12.5% employer pension and the contribution avoided, and AED per ICV point. The score is an estimate, not a certified ICV score. - MoHRE has not announced a 2027 target, so only 2026 values are used. - Free, with no sign-up. Figures typed into the form stay in the browser. ## MCP - Endpoint: https://app.auditro.co/mcp (streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 with PKCE) - Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http auditro https://app.auditro.co/mcp - Codex: codex mcp add auditro --url https://app.auditro.co/mcp - Cursor: add https://app.auditro.co/mcp as a remote server in Cursor MCP settings, then complete the OAuth sign-in - ChatGPT: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, paste https://app.auditro.co/mcp, then complete the OAuth sign-in - Registry manifest: https://app.auditro.co/.well-known/mcp/server.json - Documentation: https://app.auditro.co/docs/mcp ## Pages - [Auditro](https://auditro.co/): The single product page — what the ICV gap costs at tender, how a live ICV score estimate exposes it, the actions that close it, and the evidence that defends it.
