Award Travel Finder is an award flight finder built for AI agents. Instead of manually checking airline websites for award seat availability, users install our MCP tools in Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor and ask in plain English. ### Agents with browser or computer use
Agents that control a browser or computer (Claude in Chrome, Cowork, Operator, Claude computer use) can read data from the user's signed-in bank, card, airline and hotel accounts and push it into Award Travel Finder through the MCP server. Call `get_skill` with:
- `capture-from-airline-hotel-account` — balances, elite status, tier progress and upcoming bookings
- `capture-from-bank-card` — card and bank transactions for spending insights
- `capture-cards-and-bonuses` — credit cards you own, welcome bonuses, spend deadlines and annual fees
- `sync-my-balances` — points balances only
The user signs in themselves. Never ask for passwords. Read only: never book, redeem, transfer or move money.
To look up real credit cards by country, issuer or points currency, call the free read-only tool `list_catalogue_cards`. It does not include welcome bonuses or earning rates. For one card's full record, including fees, lounge access, benefits and the apply link, call the free read-only tool `get_catalogue_card`.
To list an airline's partners (alliance members, airlines we hold award prices for, and cards and hotel programmes that transfer to its programme), call the free read-only tool `get_airline_partners`. The same data is published at https://awardtravelfinder.com/airline-partners.
To check whether an airline or hotel programme has a status challenge, call the free read-only tool `get_status_challenge` (terms, last verified date, live status match offers). Each programme also has a page at `https://awardtravelfinder.com/status-challenge/<slug>` (delta, united, american, alaska, jetblue, southwest, hilton, marriott, hyatt, ihg, wyndham, choice, accor, best-western).
Most account data actions a signed-in user can take on the website also have a matching tool. Account and settings tools include `get_profile`, `set_country`, `list_notifications`, `mark_notifications_read`, `get_calendar_feed`, `get_booking_inbox`, `list_flight_alerts`, `create_flight_alert`, `list_delay_alerts`, `create_delay_alert`, `merge_loyalty_statuses` (merges duplicate statuses) and `group_bookings_into_trips` (files ungrouped bookings into trips). Tools that remove or merge data default to a preview or tell the agent to confirm with the user first.
