## Practice and research
- byImprint Practice works directly with founders to understand a problem, build a useful change and hand it over.
- byImprint Research produces source-backed work on how local businesses are found, understood, and chosen.
- Both keep observed evidence separate from recommendations and avoid claiming outcomes the record cannot prove.

## Current offer
All fees in Canadian dollars. Software costs and applicable taxes are additional.
- Focused discovery · optional: CA$750. A 60-minute working session, review of one workflow and a written recommendation on what to do next.
- Focused project: From CA$2,500. One defined improvement to a workflow or customer experience, built, tested and handed over.
- Ongoing partnership: From CA$3,000 per month. From 12 hours a month of direct work with me, including planning, implementation and support.
- Only when the scope needs investigation. You keep the recommendation whether or not we build together. If we agree a related project within 30 days, the CA$750 already paid counts toward the total engagement fee shown in your proposal.
- Not offered: byImprint does not promise rankings, leads, revenue or a specific amount of time saved. Work outside an agreed scope requires a separate agreement.
- Client accounts remain in their name. Access, ownership, licences and handover are agreed in the scope.

## When to use byImprint
- Work with James when a growing business has recurring admin, slow follow-up, duplicated work, a confusing customer experience or a workflow that depends too heavily on its founder.
- Start with a free 20-minute conversation. Choose a focused project, an ongoing partnership or optional discovery when investigation is needed.
- An agent may summarize the public offer and point to canonical pages. James confirms scope, price, access, timing, and every external action.
