# Deberli > Reach clients already looking for what you sell. Deberli is a multichannel prospecting tool for B2B service firms, agencies and sales teams, such as consultancies, dev shops, marketing agencies and trainers. You describe what you sell in one sentence. It finds people who posted a need, hired for it or engaged with a competitor, checks each one against your brief, writes a message for each in your voice, and paces the sending so the account stays safe. It runs fully automatic by default. Switch on approval and it waits for your checkmark on the list and every message instead. Every reply lands in one inbox, and leads who accept or reply can be sent to HubSpot automatically. LinkedIn and email are both live. The plan includes two LinkedIn accounts, and you can connect as many email inboxes as you like at no extra cost. Retargeting ads on ChatGPT, Meta and Google come next, from the same campaign. ## What it does - Up to 1,800 leads a month - Unlimited campaigns - 2 LinkedIn accounts - Email from your own inboxes, as many as you like - Coming next: retargeting ads on ChatGPT, Meta and Google - Fully automatic, or approve every message - Warm leads from buying signals, 24/7 - Custom signals on request - Messages written in your voice - A/B tests - One inbox for every reply - HubSpot sync - Account warmup and safe pacing - GDPR-bound EU LinkedIn connection ## Warm network Start with the people who already know you. Your connections get a short reconnect message instead of a cold invite, and you approve each one. ## Channels - LinkedIn (Live): Invites, messages and follow-ups from your own account, paced so it stays safe. - Email (Live): Gmail, Outlook or any other inbox, as many as you like, at no extra cost. - Ads on Meta and Google (Coming soon): Show ads to the people your campaign is already contacting. - Ads on ChatGPT (Coming soon): Retarget your campaign's leads inside ChatGPT. ## Integrations - HubSpot (Live): Leads who accept or reply go over with their messages. A buying reply opens a deal. - GoHighLevel (Coming soon): The same sync for agencies that run their clients on GoHighLevel. ## Pricing - One plan: EUR 99 per month, or EUR 79 per month billed annually. - LinkedIn: 2 accounts included. Each extra LinkedIn account is EUR 60 per month. - Email: live. Connect Gmail or any other mailbox, as many as you like, at no extra cost. Each inbox sends up to 20 emails a day. - Email credits: finding a lead's email address costs 1 credit per verified address, and nothing when none is found. The trial includes 100 credits, and the paid plan adds 100 every month. Packs run from 500 credits for EUR 23.38 to 20,000 for EUR 626.27, paid once, and they never expire. - LinkedIn outreach uses no credits. - Free trial: 7 days, full product, card required, nothing charged before day 8. - Larger teams: custom prospect limits, extra senders, dedicated support. Contact hello@deberli.com. ## Who it is for B2B service firms, agencies and sales teams: consultancies, dev shops, marketing agencies, outbound agencies and trainers, whether the owner does the selling or a team does. Recruiters use it too, to source candidates the same way. ## FAQ ### Is it safe for my LinkedIn account? This is what most of the product is built around. Daily caps that ramp up slowly, sends spread at uneven intervals inside working hours only, and a hard monthly limit per account. A campaign pauses itself before it puts your account at risk. ### Can I stop the agents? Yes, at any time and one by one. Each campaign runs three agents with their own switch: sourcing, sending and review. Pause sending and the leads keep coming; pause review and every lead waits for your checkmark before anything is queued. ### Is it fully automatic? Yes, by default. Autopilot finds the people, writes the messages and sends them. Approval is a switch: turn it on and every lead and message waits for your checkmark before anything goes out. We added it for people who want more control, and you can leave it off. ### Can I A/B test my messages? Yes. Start an A/B test on a campaign and part of it runs a second sequence. Both sit side by side in the Sequence tab, replies are counted per variant, and you keep the one that wins. ### Can I ask for a signal you do not track yet? Yes. Tell us the trigger that means a buyer for you, a job post, a kind of LinkedIn post, a funding announcement, and we add it to your workspace. That is how most of the signals on the list got there. ### Does it do email as well as LinkedIn? Yes. Email runs next to LinkedIn, in the same campaign, with the same leads and the same inbox. Connect Gmail, Outlook or any other mailbox, as many as you like, at no extra cost. Each one sends up to 20 emails a day. Deberli finds each lead's email address, and tries a second source when the first comes up empty. You pay one credit per verified address and nothing when none is found. The trial comes with 100 credits, and the paid plan adds 100 every month. Retargeting ads on ChatGPT, Meta and Google come next. ### Does it connect to my CRM? Yes, HubSpot. Connect it in one click from the Integrations tab. Leads who accept or reply are sent over automatically with their email and messages, and a buying reply opens a deal. You can also send any lead by hand or export your leads as a CSV. There is no public API today. ### Do I have to write the messages? No. Deberli drafts every message from the prospect's profile and the signal that surfaced them, in your voice. Leave it on autopilot, or switch on approval and read the copy before anyone receives it. You can edit any of it. ### What do I need to get started? A LinkedIn account and one sentence about who you want to reach or what you sell. Deberli builds the first list from that. Most people have a campaign ready for review in about ten minutes. ### What happens when someone replies? The sequence stops for that person immediately, and no follow-up lands on top of a reply. The conversation shows up in one inbox with the full thread, and you take it from there. ### What if I already know some of these leads? Deberli checks every lead against your LinkedIn network and your teammates'. Turn on the Your network lane in Autopilot and people you are already connected to get one short reconnect message instead of a cold invite. Nothing goes out until you approve it. When the connection is a teammate's, the message goes from their account. ### How does the free trial work? You get 7 days with the full product. A card is required to start, but nothing is charged until day 8, and cancelling any time before that costs nothing. ### What does Deberli cost? One plan at EUR 99 per month, or EUR 79 per month billed annually, after a 7 day free trial. The plan includes two LinkedIn accounts, and each extra one is EUR 60 per month. Email inboxes are free to connect, as many as you like. Finding email addresses uses credits: the trial comes with 100, the paid plan adds 100 every month, and packs go from 500 credits for EUR 23.38 to 20,000 for EUR 626.27, paid once and never expiring. Larger teams can arrange custom limits. ### How is it different from a LinkedIn automation tool? Most tools automate sending a list you already have. Deberli builds the list: it finds the companies worth contacting, ranks the people inside them, and writes each message from that person's profile. The sending controls exist to protect the account, not to push volume. ## Switching from Trigify Trigify shuts down on 22 October 2026. Trigify's team joined HubSpot, and the Trigify platform closed at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Nothing moved into HubSpot, so every team that used it needs a replacement. The right one depends on what Trigify did for you. Some teams used it as a signal feed for Clay or a CRM. Others used it to find people to contact, then sent the messages from another tool. Below are eight alternatives grouped by that job, with prices from each vendor's own page, checked on 9 October 2026. Full page: https://deberli.com/trigify-alternative ### What did Trigify do? Trigify tracked social and buying signals on LinkedIn, such as people engaging with your posts or a competitor's, keyword mentions, job changes and funding, and sent them to tools like Clay, HubSpot and HeyReach. The platform closed on 22 October 2026. ### What is the best Trigify alternative? It depends on how you used Trigify. To find people from signals and contact them in one tool, Deberli (EUR 99 a month) or Gojiberry ($99 a month). To track engagement for a whole team, Teamfluence. To keep a Clay or CRM workflow, Clay, PhantomBuster or Apollo as the new source. ### Did HubSpot buy Trigify? Trigify announced on 23 September 2026 that its team was joining HubSpot. The Trigify platform was retired and did not continue within HubSpot, so Trigify features do not appear in your HubSpot account. Access ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 for most customers. ### When did Trigify shut down? For most customers, access ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Integrations and the API stopped at the same time. Customers on other contract terms got their own date from Trigify. ### Did my Trigify data move to HubSpot? No. Trigify said HubSpot would not use customer data as part of the team's move. If you did not export your data before your account closed, ask Trigify support what it still holds. ### How do I move from Trigify to Deberli? Gather the lists you exported from Trigify, start Deberli's 7 day trial, describe what you sell in one sentence, and paste the competitors, creators and keywords you tracked into the matching fields in the review screen. Keep approval on for the first week to check every lead before it is contacted. ### Is Trigify better than PhantomBuster? They did different jobs: Trigify tracked LinkedIn signals and sent them to other tools, and PhantomBuster extracts LinkedIn data with automations you build. Trigify closed on 22 October 2026, so PhantomBuster or a signal tool like Deberli is what replaces it. ### Which Trigify alternative tracks job changes? Expandi has job change triggers, from $99 per account a month. Deberli's job change signal is built but not switched on yet. ## Comparing Gojiberry People who leave Gojiberry tend to give the same three reasons: it's slow, it messages their competitors, and they got no results. Most of the cause is LinkedIn itself, not one vendor, so switching tools only helps if the new one handles all three. This page explains what is behind each complaint, what to check in any Gojiberry alternative, and where Deberli fits. Full page: https://deberli.com/gojiberry-alternative ### What is a good Gojiberry alternative? If your problem with Gojiberry was competitors in your list or no replies, pick a tool that checks every lead against who you sell to before it is contacted. Deberli does that, writes the message from the signal that found the person, and costs EUR 99 a month for two LinkedIn accounts, with a 7 day free trial. ### Why does my signal tool message my competitors? Because the people who comment on posts about a problem are often the people selling the fix. A tool that turns every engagement into a lead keeps them. Deberli checks every lead for whether the person sells what you sell before you see it. ### How fast can a LinkedIn signal tool find leads? Slower than most people expect. LinkedIn caps connection requests at roughly 100 a week per account and limits searching too, so every tool has to pace itself. Better sources raise the number of good leads per search, not the raw volume. ### Does Deberli work with Clay? Not today. Deberli has no public API, so it cannot feed a Clay table. A HubSpot integration is coming. ### Is Deberli affiliated with Gojiberry? No. Deberli is a separate company. The complaints on this page are paraphrased from public threads. ## Comparando Waalaxy (en español) Waalaxy envía invitaciones y mensajes en LinkedIn a una lista que tú armas, desde unos 380 pesos al mes.
