# DeepRecall API

> DeepRecall is the world's largest product safety database API, providing real-time access to 120,000+ recalled products from 8 major regulatory agencies worldwide.

## Overview

DeepRecall enables developers, e-commerce platforms, and AI applications to:
- Search recalled products using text descriptions or product images
- Monitor recall feeds with real-time updates from global agencies  
- Integrate with AI agents via native MCP (Model Context Protocol) support
- Automate compliance checks for marketplace listings and supply chains

## API Endpoints

### GET /v1/recalls/feed
Retrieve recalled products from the past 24 or 48 hours.

### POST /v1/recalls/search
AI-powered similarity search using text and/or product images.

### GET /v1/recalls/sources
List available regulatory data sources.

## Authentication

All API requests require an API key in the X-API-Key header.
API keys start with "dr_live_" prefix.
