Foreign private issuers filing 20-F or 40-F appear only in the raw company-facts and profile surfaces. - Absence from a screen is not evidence about a company; a 404 from a computed endpoint can mean "not a ticker" or "outside coverage". - Fundamentals are served as reported, in the filer's own reporting currency, and are never converted. Form 13F values are always USD because the form is filed in USD. - A point-in-time read returns the filing record we hold, under the methodology version in force when it is computed. It changes only for a filing that reaches us late, a correction to our parsing or computation, or a rule change, which moves the methodology version. Corrections and rule changes are listed, dated, at https://www.distillmarkets.com/changelog, and every as-of screen response and panel export row names its build in vintage and built_at. Full statement: https://www.distillmarkets.com/methodology#how-data-changes. Latest-value reads move as new filings arrive. ## Legal - [Terms](https://www.distillmarkets.com/legal/terms) - [Privacy](https://www.distillmarkets.com/legal/privacy) - [Disclaimer](https://www.distillmarkets.com/legal/disclaimer) - [Financial Services Guide](https://www.distillmarkets.com/legal/fsg)
