# DocsAutomator > DocsAutomator turns your data into agreements that come back accepted or signed, and keeps the record. It fills Google Docs, Word and PDF templates with data from Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion and other tools, and closes each document in one of two ways: Signing, where the recipient signs electronically, or Acceptance, where the recipient clicks Accept. It returns a sealed, tamper-evident PDF with a certificate and an audit trail: any change after signing is visible. People use it from no-code tools, from their own code through the REST API, and from AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor through the MCP server. DocsAutomator UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, Germany. Founded in 2023 by Rupert Hoffschmidt-McDonnell. Support: support@docsautomator.co. A fuller description of the product, for language models: [llms-full.txt](https://www.docsautomator.co/llms-full.txt) ## Product - [Home](https://www.docsautomator.co/): Agreements from your data, signed and on record - [Signing & Acceptance](https://www.docsautomator.co/features/acceptance/): The two ways to close a document. The recipient opens the document, reads it and clicks Accept, on any device, with nothing to draw and no account to create, and the PDF comes back with a Certificate of Acceptance. For quotes, change orders, order confirmations and policy sign-offs. Each request shows its status (Not opened yet, Read, not accepted, Partly accepted, Accepted, Declined), the accepted PDF is saved to Google Drive or back to the record, and a webhook fires with closeType "acceptance". Use Signing when the other side, a contract or your own policy asks for a signature. If a click on Accept is enough, use Acceptance. - [Approvals](https://www.docsautomator.co/features/approvals/): A team member approves each document before it goes out, always or only when a rule is true, such as an amount greater than 5,000. Until the approval, no email, file on the record, webhook or signing request goes out. Part of the current Business and Scale plans; a document counts once, when it is made. - [E-signatures](https://www.docsautomator.co/features/e-signatures/): E-signatures for contracts, one or more signers, sealed PDFs with a certificate and an audit trail; included in every plan, with unlimited team members and no per-seat fee - [AI and agents](https://www.docsautomator.co/features/ai-and-agents/): The MCP server and the in-app agent that builds automations from a prompt; AI agents fill your approved templates and never edit a Google Doc - [Word templates](https://www.docsautomator.co/features/word-templates/): Fill Word templates, or describe the document and the AI template designer creates the Word template - [Google Docs templates](https://www.docsautomator.co/features/google-docs-templates/): Fill Google Docs templates - [PDF generation](https://www.docsautomator.co/features/pdf-generation/): Automated PDFs from Google Docs, Word or PDF templates, filled from your tools, the REST API or an AI agent; delivered by email, saved to a folder, merged with other PDFs, with expiring links - [Line items](https://www.docsautomator.co/features/line-items/): Tables of line items from linked records, nested up to three levels - [Conditional logic](https://www.docsautomator.co/features/conditional-logic/): Sections that show or hide by rules - [Email delivery](https://www.docsautomator.co/features/email-automation/): Send the finished document by email - [Batch processing](https://www.docsautomator.co/features/batch-processing/): Many records in one run - [Swiss QR-bill](https://www.docsautomator.co/features/swiss-qr-bill/): Adds the Swiss QR payment part as the last page of every invoice, in CHF or EUR, checked against the Swiss QR-bill standard before the document is created; combines with ZUGFeRD e-invoices in one PDF.
