# Entitylight > Secretary of State records, UCC filings and court cases for lenders in one report, with monitoring for new liens and lawsuits. Entitylight is for lenders and risk teams who check a business before funding it and keep watching it afterwards. One lookup returns the business's Secretary of State record, its UCC filings and the lawsuits filed against it. Every report says, for each source, whether it was searched, unavailable or not covered, so an empty result is never mistaken for a clean record. Records are shown as filed, with no risk score.
