# FastAF > Web scraping and SERP APIs for developers and AI agents. Send a query or a URL over HTTP, get > structured JSON back. Proxies, JavaScript rendering and retries are handled server-side. > 2 free calls per account after sign-up, or pay per request with x402, no account needed. FastAF exposes 16 REST endpoints under https://api.fastaf.co/v1, authenticated with a bearer API key. The credit balance belongs to the account and is shared by all its keys; it is finite, so it doubles as a hard spending cap for an AI agent: once it is exhausted, requests return 402 instead of spending more. A hosted MCP server (Streamable HTTP, stateless) lives at https://api.fastaf.co/mcp with 16 tools. Discovery is public: POST initialize, notifications/initialized (202, empty body), ping, tools/list, resources/list, resources/templates/list and prompts/list need no key. The resource, template and prompt lists are empty. GET /mcp returns 405 with Allow: POST (no server-push SSE). Tool calls and all other methods require Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY or x-api-key: YOUR_KEY. A supplied key is always validated, even for discovery. Discovery uses no credits or free request. Every MCP tool result reports credits_used and credits_remaining. Pay per call over x402, no account and no key: GET https://api.fastaf.co/x402/v1/{endpoint} with the same query parameters as /v1/{endpoint}, for all 16 endpoints. Price is the same credit cost at $0.001 USDC per credit (a Google search is $0.005), paid in USDC on Base (eip155:8453), x402 v2, scheme exact. The first request returns 402 with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header stating the exact price; an x402 client (for example @x402/fetch or @x402/axios) signs and retries with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE; the 200 response carries the data, X-FastAF-Credits-Used and a PAYMENT-RESPONSE settlement receipt. Payment is settled only if the request succeeds. The MCP server needs a key for tool calls (it does not take x402 payments itself); prepaid credits stay cheaper at volume. Docs: https://fastaf.co/docs/#x402 Get an API key by creating an account at https://fastaf.co/signup. Existing agent accounts and keys continue to work. Top up an existing key with POST https://api.fastaf.co/x402/topup?pack={pack} and the key in Authorization, paid in USDC over x402 and credited only after settlement, or with POST https://api.fastaf.co/v1/checkout {"pack": "{pack}"}, which returns a payment link. Packs: starter, growth, scale, pro, business. The free trial is one successful request per new account, shared by every key and by REST/MCP. Failed calls restore the trial. It expires after 12 months; existing balances are unchanged. GET /v1/usage reports free_requests_remaining separately from balance_credits. Pricing: one shared pool of credits, spendable across every endpoint. A Google search costs 5 credits, an Amazon product 1 credit, a YouTube transcript 1 credit, a LinkedIn profile 60 credits. A free tier of 2 free calls per account ($0), granted after the email address is confirmed (sign up at https://fastaf.co/signup), and five one-time packs: $10 (20,000 credits), $29 (75,000), $99 (300,000), $299 (1,000,000) and $799 (3,000,000). All paid credits valid for 12 months. A Google search works out to $2.50, $1.93, $1.65, $1.50 and $1.33 per 1,000 on the five packs; cost per 1,000 against other providers, at prices read from their own pages, is on https://fastaf.co/benchmarks/. Failed requests are never charged. Concurrency: 2 requests in parallel on the free tier (and for existing agent keys without a paid pack), 5 on every paid pack, 25 on the $799 pack. A balance check (GET /v1/usage) returns balance_credits, lifetime_usage_credits, concurrency_limit and active_requests. Credits are bought outright, never subscribed to: nothing renews. Signing in to the dashboard is by emailed link, and the API key is only ever a request credential. An answer with no data at all (`{}` or only empty lists) is never charged: `502 no_data`. On the other endpoints too, a verification page, an error page or an empty page returned in place of the data is never charged (`502 target_blocked`), and neither is an answer without what a lookup endpoint is for: eBay listings or item, Zillow listings, an X or LinkedIn profile, Walmart products, a YouTube transcript, an Amazon product (`502 no_data`). A search with zero results but its metadata is a real answer and is charged. Parameters: the search term is `query` on every search endpoint (`q` is accepted as an alias, but examples use `query`); YouTube search uses `search_query`. What is never charged on /v1/scrape: a page that answers with a verification check instead of its content, an empty page, or a Booking results page without hotels. The response is `502 target_blocked` with the retry that usually works. Some sites get the options they need by default, priced up front: booking.com renders JavaScript with `wait=8000` (5 credits). Zillow and eBay pages are refused on /v1/scrape (free) and served as JSON by /v1/zillow and /v1/ebay. Maps searches are centred on the place in `location` or named in the query ("pizza in Rome", "pizza Roma"); `ll` sets exact coordinates. When a place is asked for and the results are not in it, or the place is unknown, the answer is `502 no_data` and nothing is charged. Without a place, results default to the US. ## Endpoints - [Google SERP API](https://fastaf.co/apis/google-serp-api/): structured web search results. 5 credits. - [Google Maps API](https://fastaf.co/apis/google-maps-api/): place search and place details, centred on `location` or the place named in the query; results outside that place are not charged. 5 credits. - [Amazon API](https://fastaf.co/apis/amazon-api/): search and product lookup cost 1 credit; offers and bestsellers cost 5. - [LinkedIn API](https://fastaf.co/apis/linkedin-api/): public person profiles only. 60 credits. - [YouTube API](https://fastaf.co/apis/youtube-api/): transcripts cost 1 credit; video search costs 5.
