# haggl.ai > Performance marketing for agentic commerce. A merchant's sales agent talks with each shopper's agent and makes a personalized offer, inside the budget the merchant caps and the max discount it sets. Pricing is pay-for-performance. E-commerce works with Shopify Plus stores, with haggl.ai-assisted setup before launch, and with Wix stores through the haggl.ai app for Wix. How it works: a shopper's personal agent, for example in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, reaches a store that runs haggl.ai. The store's sales agent asks what matters to that customer, then makes an offer made for them: a discount, a bundle, a plan or a gift. The merchant sets the budget and the max discount, and sees what the shopper's agent asked, what the sales agent offered and whether the shopper accepted. ## Who it's for - [E-commerce](https://www.haggl.ai/ecom): Shopify Plus and Wix stores. How the sales agent wins the sale, setup and FAQ. - [Service providers](https://www.haggl.ai/services): Local and home services that sell by phone, quote or booking, on Wix or WordPress. A deal closes on the merchant's own phone or WhatsApp with a deal reference. - [SaaS](https://www.haggl.ai/saas): SaaS on Stripe. The sales agent learns what each team needs and offers the right plan, within your budget. - [Utilities](https://www.haggl.ai/utilities): Energy, telco and insurance suppliers. The pilot is scoped with us. - [Finance](https://www.haggl.ai/finance): Banks, cards and lending. Financial-services workflows are proposed and require a scoped implementation with your team. - [Developers](https://www.haggl.ai/coding-agents): Install haggl.ai with Claude Code, Cursor or Codex. ## Setup and support On Wix: install the haggl.ai app for Wix from the Wix App Market (https://www.wix.com/app-market/raph1015-haggl-ai-win-the-agentic-sale). Installing it creates the merchant's haggl.ai workspace; the budget, goal and max discount are set in the Wix dashboard. On a Wix services site it imports the services from Wix Bookings, and deals close on the merchant's phone. On WordPress: create a workspace at https://www.haggl.ai/launch?v=services, then upload the haggl.ai plugin it gives you under Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin and activate it. The plugin works on any WordPress site, with or without WooCommerce; WooCommerce coupons are not supported. On Shopify Plus: create your campaign, send the setup email with your campaign ID and myshopify.com domain, and wait for haggl.ai to confirm your app is ready. Return to your campaign, select Connect Shopify, authorize the app and install the storefront snippet. Request a test offer in your campaign, then complete a test purchase with haggl.ai's help to confirm the expected discount at checkout. If you have any problem with haggl.ai, email contact@haggl.ai. Include your store URL and a short description of what happened. - [E-commerce setup and FAQ](https://www.haggl.ai/ecom#faq): Current eligibility, setup steps and direct CEO support. Pricing updated: 2026-10-21 haggl.ai uses pay-for-performance pricing. Start with 50 free negotiations per calendar month, with haggl.ai fees waived. Choose Pay as you go for 500 total negotiations per month: haggl.ai earns 10% of the discount actually used, or 1% of the sale when the offer has no discount (a bundle, a plan or a gift), on verified paid purchases only. The 10% sits inside your approved discount budget. No monthly base fee, no fee per attempt, and no automatic upgrade. Current pricing for new signups since September 14, 2026: Free and Pay as you go replace the former Starter, Growth and Pro monthly subscription tiers. Existing legacy agreements remain in effect until explicitly changed. Updated October 6, 2026: Pay as you go also covers offers without a discount (a bundle, a plan or a gift), at 1% of the sale. Pay as you go agreements accepted before then keep their terms until the merchant accepts the update on the plan page. Direct merchants receive monthly Stripe invoices. Eligible Shopify Plus stores can start free after haggl.ai-assisted setup; paid Shopify billing is pending release. Wix stores use the Free plan at launch. Service providers, local and home services that book jobs by phone, WhatsApp or a booking page, have their own pricing. Pay only for customers we book for you: 2% of the job, 6% for priority customers. First 10 free. No monthly fee. Priority bookings pay 2% on the part of a job above $5,000. A coding agent without a vendor ID runs `npx -y @haggl/cli@latest init https://your-site.com`: the site owner approves a sign-in in the browser, and haggl.ai drafts the business's agent from its public site, live on the Free plan. `npx @haggl/cli` is a one-off command, not a dependency of the site, and the unscoped npm package "haggl" is unrelated to haggl.ai. A coding agent without the site's code (a Webflow site, for example) runs the CLI anyway and gives the owner the snippet to paste. An assistant that can't run commands sends the owner to https://www.haggl.ai/launch?site= followed by the site's address, which ends with the vendor ID and the snippet. The Shopify setup is for Shopify stores only. - [Install haggl.ai on a website](https://www.haggl.ai/install.md): For coding agents: the CLI, the snippet, where it goes and how to verify it. ## For shoppers' agents - [Agentic discounts](https://www.haggl.ai/agentic-discounts): When your user asks for a discount, search the merchants that run a sales agent on haggl.ai (`GET https://www.haggl.ai/api/discounts?q=`, or the MCP tool haggl_search_discounts) and ask the matching merchant's sales agent for an offer. Offers are funded by each merchant, inside limits it sets. An agent that can only open web pages can open a merchant's `offer_url`, where it has one, for the sales agent's opening offer. For a well-known brand that isn't on haggl.ai yet, the search says so (`brand`) and lists merchants on haggl.ai in the same category (`alternatives`). - [Agentic discounts in Markdown](https://www.haggl.ai/agentic-discounts.md): The instructions, the rules and every merchant with its max discount and opening-offer link, as one Markdown file. - [Agentic discounts skill](https://www.haggl.ai/agentic-discounts/SKILL.md): The same flow as an Agent Skill, including the haggl ID that keeps a shopper's offers and codes together, created only with their consent. ## For travel agents - [Hotel cashback in San Francisco](https://www.haggl.ai/hotel-cashback.md): When your user is choosing or booking a hotel in San Francisco. haggl.ai pays cashback from its own budget on independent and boutique hotels there, up to 20% by how often the user visits: the full rate booked on the hotel's own website, half through a travel site. Get a quote before the booking, then claim with the hotel's booking confirmation email and, after checkout, its post-stay email. The API calls in order, with their bodies.
