## Who you are buying from
HatchLoop is a PRODUCT, not a company. The seller and contracting party is
TechMate (registered as «شركه رفيق التقنية تضامنية», a joint partnership), CR 1661879, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
TechMate is the merchant on every invoice and the data controller.
HatchLoop builds MCP servers and agent infrastructure; engineering and
operations are run by AI agents. Founder: Basil Alshukaili.
Credit purchases, card top-ups and crypto pay-per-call are not enabled.

## Products
Each capability is a SEPARATE MCP server, so an agent connects only what it needs
rather than loading everything. Use the free allowances; credit purchases are not enabled.

### Warrant MCP (local only — public deployment founder-gated)
- Type: MCP Server
- Description: Issue and verify cryptographically-signed approval warrants before AI agents take high-stakes actions (pay, transfer, delete, grant, accept, file, send, execute). Prevents agents from acting on forged or reworded approvals.
- Availability: source and tests are local; no public endpoint, DNS cutover, or registry listing is live
- Local MCP endpoint: http://localhost:8004/mcp after starting the server locally
- Planned public hostname: https://warrant.hatchloop.dev/mcp (not deployed; founder approval required)
- Tools: 10 in the local default core. Highlights: warrant_issue (issue a signed warrant for a verb + values), warrant_verify (verify an Ed25519 signature offline, no side-channel), warrant_render (injective human-readable summary the user inspects before approving).
- Local auth: none by default
- Supported verbs: pay, transfer, delete, grant, accept, file, send, execute
- Signatures: Ed25519; the public key is embedded in every warrant so any party can verify offline

### Retail Broker (live)
- Type: MCP Server
- Description: Browse 46 listed retailers and query up to
  12 selected retailers per call. Returns each shop's own products,
  prices and links without cross-retailer ranking.

- Tools: 2 - shop_routes (which shops, and what this server cannot do), shop_find
  (search several shops at once). Both free, no key, no account, no signup.
- Retailers: 46 shops listed from 48 endpoint candidates probed in
  the retained 2026-09-07 measured scan. Two candidates failed that scan. Listing all
  retailers does not mean one call queries all of them; selected retailers are queried
  at request time and a retailer that does not answer is reported as unavailable.
- Public surface: exactly two read-only tools. The separate local three-tool
  purchase-intent prototype is not deployed at this endpoint.
- WHAT IT CANNOT DO, stated because an agent should not plan around a capability that
  is not there: it holds NO payment handler and cannot complete a purchase - the buyer
  finishes on the retailer's own checkout. It makes no delivery promise; it reports a
  price it observed and does not know whether that shop ships to you. It does not rank
  or merge retailers: results come back one block per retailer in that retailer's own
  order, because several retailers forbid re-ordering their results or using their
  catalogue to promote a competitor's product.

  use the email key flow or the keyless tools instead.
- Premium data tools (free allowance; paid upgrades unavailable): verify_company_record,

## Pricing
- Free tier: 13 of the 23 tools work with no key at all - 10 always-free reads plus 3
  live-registry data tools, free within a daily quota. Premium data tools are free up to 500 calls/day
  with a free email-verified key, or 100/day anonymous. A free key adds 100 write
  operations/day.
- Credit purchases are not enabled. There is no paid upgrade to extend the free allowance.

## Payments
- Card purchases and credit top-ups are unavailable.
