# Instasent Docs > Documentation for Instasent. This site is bilingual — English and Spanish — and the two languages MUST NOT be mixed: pick ONE language for your entire answer, matching the user's language, and use only the pages listed under that language's heading. If the user writes in Spanish, use the Spanish Platform pages (/platform/es/...) — ideally fetch /platform/es/llms.txt and work only from it; for any other language use English (/platform/en/...) via /platform/en/llms.txt. API docs (/platform-api, /a2p-messaging-api) are English only; each API has a dump (llms-full.txt) linked from its section. Platform has no full-text dump — append .md to any page URL for its markdown twin. ## Two products — read this first Instasent has two products, and both have APIs: the Platform, a CDP for mass marketing (audience, campaigns, automations and analytics, from the dashboard or the Platform API), and the A2P Messaging API, self-service messaging for applications and AI agents, sending straight from your code. The Platform's guides live under /platform and its APIs (Product API, Ingest API) under /platform-api. The A2P Messaging API — HTTP and SMPP; SMS today, RCS and WhatsApp coming soon; the Legacy API is its predecessor — lives under /a2p-messaging-api. Do not mix them: a question about the Platform is answered with the Platform and its APIs; mention the A2P Messaging API only when the user needs to send from their own code without an audience, and say it is the other product. ## Language / Idioma Instasent's documentation exists in two languages only: **English** and **Spanish**. Platform guides are bilingual; API docs are English only. - **Choose exactly one language for the whole answer**, matching the user's language, and use ONLY the pages under that language's heading. **Do not mix languages or cite both versions of a page.** - User writes in **Spanish** → use the Spanish guides; prefer the single-language index and work only from it: https://docs.instasent.com/platform/es/llms.txt - **Any other language** → use English: https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/llms.txt Español — **elige un solo idioma para toda la respuesta**, el del usuario, y usa SOLO las páginas de ese idioma; **no mezcles idiomas**. Si el usuario escribe en español, usa el índice en español; para cualquier otro idioma, el inglés. ## Country requirements as data (JSON) What a country requires before a sender can be used there — SMS and RCS, the paperwork, who files it, how long it takes, what happens without it — is published as data, not only as prose. **Fetch one country, not the index.** Replace the code with the destination's ISO 3166-1 alpha-2, lowercase: https://docs.instasent.com/data/country-requirements/es.json Every country in one document (large, ~250 KB): https://docs.instasent.com/data/country-requirements.json JSON Schema describing both: https://docs.instasent.com/data/country-requirements.schema.json No key, no authentication, cross-origin allowed. Every file carries `about`, `authority` and `policy` next to the country records, so it can be read on its own without this index. ## Platform guides — English > Use these pages **only** for answers in English. If the user writes in Spanish, skip this whole section and use the Spanish guides below — never mix languages or cite the Spanish version of a page. - **Overview** - [Welcome to Instasent](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/overview) [en]: What Instasent is and how work is organised in the dashboard. - [Start guide](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/overview/start-guide) [en]: From an empty account to ready-to-send: create a project, verify your business, set up a channel, add your audience and send your first campaign. - [Project status](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/overview/project-status) [en]: Your project's home answers three different questions: what is still left to set up, what has broken, and what is worth doing next. - [Concepts](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/overview/concepts) [en]: The mental model behind Instasent: organizations and projects, audience, segments, campaigns, automations, channels and senders — and how they fit together. - **Channels** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels) [en]: The messaging channels in Instasent: SMS, RCS and WhatsApp (coming soon). - **SMS** - [Countries & coverage](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/sms/coverage-and-delivery) [en]: Every country you can send SMS to and what happens to your sender and links there; what we do to get your messages through while a registration is filed, and how it is billed. - [Senders & registration](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/sms/senders-registration) [en]: Create the sender your SMS are sent with, and register it in the countries that require it. - [Essentials](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/sms/sms-essentials) [en]: How long an SMS can be, how accents and emojis change that, and why a single message can count as more than one SMS. - **RCS** - [Countries & availability](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/rcs/availability) [en]: The countries where RCS is available, how to tell whether it's enabled for your project, and which of your contacts can actually receive it. - [What is RCS](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/rcs/what-is-rcs) [en]: Verified branded messaging inside the phone's default messaging app: currently, text with quick-reply buttons; plus SMS fallback for anyone who can't receive it. - [Senders & verification](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/rcs/senders-verification) [en]: The full registration process for your RCS agent: create the sender, register it country by country, complete the organization and compliance data, and follow every status until it's active. - [Agent profile](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/rcs/agent-profile) [en]: Every field of your RCS agent profile — name, description, brand color, logo, banner, contact details and legal URLs — with the live previews that show it exactly as your contacts will see it. - [Best practices](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/rcs/agent-best-practices) [en]: How to design an RCS agent that gets approved the first time and looks right on every phone: a real, lasting brand identity, a logo that isn't cut off in a circular format, contrast, and choosing your use case wisely. - [Acceptable use](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/rcs/acceptable-use) [en]: What you can and can't send over RCS: Google's Acceptable Use Policy applies to every RCS agent, and its prohibited-content rules — deception, scams, and financial fraud above all — decide whether your agent stays verified and delivering. - [SMS fallback](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/rcs/sms-fallback) [en]: When a contact can't receive RCS, Instasent delivers your message as an SMS instead — automatically. - [WhatsApp](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/whatsapp) [en]: WhatsApp is coming to Instasent. - [Compliance](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/compliance-defaults) [en]: The default consent policy each channel ships with, plus the inbound keywords and opt-in behavior you can tune per channel. - **Spain** - [Spain](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/countries/spain) [en]: To send SMS and RCS to Spanish numbers with an alphanumeric sender, the alias must be registered with the CNMC. - [Authorise the alias](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/countries/spain/authorize) [en]: When Instasent files the alias for you, your legal representative receives a CNMC notification and has to authorise it at the electronic office. - [Register directly](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/countries/spain/self-register) [en]: If you prefer to register the alias yourself instead of having Instasent file it, this is the full process at the CNMC's electronic office, valid for SMS and RCS. - [Without a certificate](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/countries/spain/authorization-letters) [en]: If the alias owner or their legal representative has no electronic certificate valid in Spain, they can designate another person or entity through an authorisation letter. - [Other countries](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/channels/countries/other-countries) [en]: The sender conditions for every destination without a page of its own: whether your alphanumeric sender is accepted, whether it has to be registered first, and what happens to links. - **Campaigns** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/campaigns) [en]: Reach your audience with a one-time send from a single editor. - [Creating a campaign](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/campaigns/creating-a-campaign) [en]: Build a campaign step by step — pick a channel and sender, write and personalize the message, preview it, and hand off to scheduling. - [Targeting](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/campaigns/audience-targeting) [en]: Choose who a campaign reaches — your whole audience, a segment, or a custom filter — exclude who shouldn't get it, and watch the live recipient count update as you go. - [Test sends](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/campaigns/test-sends) [en]: Send a test of your campaign to one or more phones before the full send, to check the content, personalization, and links on a real device. - [Delivery](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/campaigns/delivery-settings) [en]: Decide when a campaign goes out and how fast — send now or schedule a date and time, set the delivery speed, and optionally send at each contact's local time. - [Compliance](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/campaigns/compliance-policies) [en]: Every campaign carries a consent policy — Basic, No opt-out or Opt-in — that decides who it's allowed to reach and what happens when someone opts out. - [Managing campaigns](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/campaigns/managing-campaigns) [en]: Find, clone, edit, cancel and delete your campaigns from the campaigns list. - [Campaign analytics](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/campaigns/campaign-analytics) [en]: After a campaign sends, its report shows how it performed — delivery, clicks, conversions and revenue, per channel and per message. - **Automations** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations) [en]: Send messages automatically in response to what your contacts do: an event enrols the contact, and messages with waits in between follow, in a straight line with Sequences or along branching paths with Flows. - **Flows** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows) [en]: What Flows is, how a flow moves each contact along its own path, and where to start building one. - [Building a flow](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows/building-a-flow) [en]: How to create a flow and work on its canvas: adding, moving and renaming steps, saving the draft and fixing what blocks publishing. - [Templates](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows/templates) [en]: How the template gallery suggests ready-made flows for the events your project receives, and what each template sets up for you. - [Triggers & entry](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows/triggers-and-entry) [en]: How the event trigger decides who enters a flow and when: the event, its conditions, sources that import their events every so often, the audience, re-entry limits, the Enrollment pace settings and processing mode. - [Sending messages](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows/sending-messages) [en]: How the Send message step works: channel, sender, the consent policy each message requires and what happens when a message can't be sent. - [Waits](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows/waits) [en]: The five wait steps of a flow, what each one waits for, its range and the exits it can take. - [Branches](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows/branches) [en]: How the split steps route each contact by tag, list, segment, contact field, event, consent, reachability or a random A/B split. - [Contact updates](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows/contact-updates) [en]: How a flow adds or removes tags and lists and changes a contact's subscription, and why those changes win over your data sources. - [Goals & exits](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows/goals-and-exits) [en]: How to define what success means for a flow, when a goal counts, and the ways a contact leaves a flow before the end. - [Versions & publishing](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows/versions-and-publishing) [en]: How to test a draft with one contact, publish it to everyone or to a small group, and work with the versions a flow keeps. - [Managing flows](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows/managing-flows) [en]: The flows list and the actions on a flow: pausing enrollment, renaming, duplicating, archiving, stopping contacts already inside and the active-flow limit of your plan. - [Monitoring](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows/monitoring-a-flow) [en]: How to see who entered a flow, follow one contact's journey step by step, and find out why a contact didn't enter or didn't receive a message. - [Analytics](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows/flow-analytics) [en]: How to read a flow's figures: activations, contacted runs, goal rate, conversions, revenue, cost and the flow report. - [Limits](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/flows/limits-and-safeguards) [en]: The limits that apply to every flow and the safeguards that protect your project: duration, size, plan ceilings, low balance and events that don't start a flow. - [Sequences](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/sequences) [en]: Build a linear automation step by step: choose a trigger event, write a series of messages with waits between them, set the audience and senders, and activate. - [Managing sequences](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/managing) [en]: Activate, pause, resume and archive an automation, clone or delete one, and understand what happens at each state. - [Sequence analytics](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/automations/analytics) [en]: See how a running automation is performing — messages sent, delivery rate, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, cost, ROAS, unsubscribes, and a per-message breakdown of the sequence. - **Audience** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/audience) [en]: Your audience is every contact in a project, described by attributes and activity events, queried through segments, and grouped with lists and tags. - [Contacts](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/audience/contacts-profiles) [en]: The contact profile gathers everything Instasent knows about one person — identity, commercial insights, last purchases, activity timeline, attributes, data composition, channel preferences, tags and segments — and lets you edit what's editable, send a quick SMS, create a contact by hand or delete one. - [Audience table](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/audience/audience-table) [en]: The audience table lists every contact in the project. - [Segments](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/audience/segments) [en]: A segment is a saved query over your audience. - [Attributes & events](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/audience/attributes-events) [en]: Attributes are the fields that describe a contact; events are the timestamped actions that build their activity. - **Consent** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/consent) [en]: How Instasent tracks who you may message: two independent axes — a marketing preference and a channel suppression — per channel, the exact panel labels for each, and how the consent model connects to campaigns, channels and your data sources. - [How consent works](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/consent/marketing-preference-vs-suppression) [en]: The two consent axes in detail — the marketing preference (accepted, declined, no preference) and channel suppression (subscribed or suppressed) — where each shows on the contact profile, and the matrix that decides who receives a campaign from a contact's state and the campaign's policy. - [Subscription attributes](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/consent/subscription-attributes) [en]: The system attributes behind consent: the five per-channel fields that store the marketing preference, the suppression state, the acceptance and refusal dates and the marketing level, and which channels carry a set. - [Shared consent](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/consent/rcs-sms-shared-consent) [en]: Why RCS has no consent of its own: it shares the SMS marketing preference and suppression in both directions. - [Opt-outs](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/consent/opt-outs-reactivation) [en]: How contacts opt out — STOP in markets with inbound SMS, an unsubscribe link elsewhere — how a repeated opt-out escalates to suppression, who can bring a contact back, and how to set up your unsubscribe links. - [Manage via API](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/consent/managing-via-api) [en]: Managing consent programmatically: the subscription-manage operations (suppress, reactivate, opt-out, opt-in), why every operation is per channel, the SMS/RCS exception, and how connected apps declare a compliance policy that Instasent enforces. - **Integrations & data sources** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/data-sources) [en]: What a data source is in Instasent: the ways contacts and events flow into your project — CSV and copy-paste, native connectors, and the Ingest API and webhook platforms — how each one syncs, and where this differs from connected apps. - [Managing sources](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/data-sources/managing) [en]: Create a data source and run its life cycle from the panel: the source states, how to monitor and force a sync, reconnect or resume a connection, and what happens to your contacts when you delete a source — including how unification and field mapping work. - [CSV import](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/data-sources/csv-copy-paste) [en]: Import contacts from a CSV file or by pasting rows from a spreadsheet: the file format and limits, the step-by-step wizard, how to update an existing import by re-uploading, and how to set marketing consent as you import. - **AI** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/ai) [en]: Instasent's AI lives inside the dashboard in two layers: writing help that drafts and refines your messages, and an assistant that reads and analyzes your project in plain language. - [AI writing](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/ai/ai-writing-suggestions) [en]: The AI writing layer drafts, rewrites, shortens and adds emojis to your messages, suggests campaigns, and translates text fields across the panel — all in your brand's voice. - [Iris](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/ai/ai-assistant) [en]: Instasent's assistant — it's called Iris — is a conversational AI with a threefold role: it answers with your project's real data, teaches you how to use the platform, and prepares changes for you to confirm. - **Developers & Apps** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/developers-and-apps) [en]: Everything that reaches your Instasent project from outside: your own code with an API token, the AI assistant you already use, and third-party apps connected over OAuth — each with permissions you approve and can revoke. - [API tokens](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/developers-and-apps/api-tokens) [en]: Create and manage the tokens your own software carries to talk to Instasent — one per API, scoped to what that integration actually needs, and revocable on the spot. - [Connect your AI (MCP)](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/developers-and-apps/connect-your-ai) [en]: Connect the assistant you already use — ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor — to your Instasent project with the Platform MCP, so it works with your audience, campaigns and reports in plain language. - [Third-party apps](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/developers-and-apps/third-party-apps) [en]: Connect non-AI software — automation platforms, CRMs and other tools — that operates your Instasent project over OAuth, with permissions you review and approve. - [Data access](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/developers-and-apps/third-party-data-access) [en]: One setting per project decides how much of your audience data anything outside the dashboard actually receives — your own integrations, a connected assistant, or a third-party app. - [Connected apps](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/developers-and-apps/managing-connected-apps) [en]: Review every app and assistant connected to your organization, see what each one can reach, change which projects it covers, and disconnect any of them at any time. - **Project settings** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/project-settings) [en]: Where you configure a single project: its general details and brand profile, the channels and their senders, conversion and attribution analytics, the link tools — short links, unsubscribe links and test numbers — and the project memory. - [Brand profile](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/project-settings/brand-profile) [en]: The brand profile is built by AI from your website and feeds the writing features across campaigns and automations. - [Unsubscribe links](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/project-settings/unsubscribe-links) [en]: How the unsubscribe link works: the {{unsubscribe}} template token, the configurable opt-out prefix, your own unsubscribe domain with the same DNS setup as short links, the opt-out text required per country, and how opting out connects to a contact's consent. - [Test numbers](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/project-settings/test-numbers) [en]: Test numbers are the phone numbers you send to when you preview and validate a message before going live. - [Attribution](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/project-settings/conversions-attribution) [en]: How Instasent decides what counts as a conversion and when a sale is credited to a message. - [Project memory](https://docs.instasent.com/platform/en/project-settings/project-memory) [en]: Project memory is the shared, written context of a project: the agreements, tasks, key dates and notes that your team, Iris and the AI assistant you connect all read and keep up to date. - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/overview): Build on the Instasent Platform — a CDP for mass marketing — from your own code: the Product API and the Ingest API, authentication, OAuth for connected apps, and docs ready for AI agents. ### AI & MCP - [AI & MCP](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/further-reading/use-with-ai): These docs are published as machine-readable artifacts alongside the HTML. ### Getting Started - [Introduction](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/getting-started/introduction): Instasent has two products, and both have APIs: the Platform, a CDP for mass marketing, and the A2P Messaging API, self-service messaging for applications and AI agents. - [Create an account](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/getting-started/create-an-account): Sign up for Instasent with a magic link, complete the onboarding wizard, and issue your first API token — all from the dashboard, no passwords involved. - [Choose your API](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/getting-started/choose-your-api): Decide exactly which Instasent API fits the job in front of you: Product, Ingest, A2P Messaging (the Transactional API) or Legacy. - [Authentication](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/getting-started/authentication): Every Instasent API authenticates with credentials issued in the dashboard — but each API has its own flavour. ### Product API - [Guide](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/guide): The Product API is the CDP API — Instasent's Customer Data Platform: the unified audience with its events and segments, plus the organizations, projects, data sources, campaigns, automations and direct messaging around it, all under one token. - [Quickstart](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/quickstart): Find a contact in the unified audience, read their recent events and send a direct SMS — end to end in under five minutes. - **Authentication** - [API tokens](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/authentication): Authenticate the Product API with an organization- or project-scoped bearer token — the default method for your own server-side integrations. - [Connected apps (OAuth)](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/connected-apps-and-oauth): For software other Instasent customers will install: let each of them authorize your application against their own project with OAuth 2.1, and never handle their credentials. - **Project setup** - [Project readiness](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/project-setup/readiness): A single GET returns whether a project can operate, how far its setup has come and which steps are still open — recomputed on every call, with stable step keys and no cached completion flag. - [Channel readiness](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/project-setup/channel-readiness): The same readiness report narrowed to SMS or RCS: the channel's own setup steps, the countries a sender still ought to be registered for, and the countries it can actually send to right now. - [Senders](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/project-setup/senders): List the SMS and RCS senders of a project and create new ones from the API, then register each of them in the dashboard for the countries you send to. - [Attention](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/project-setup/attention): One GET returns everything currently wrong with a project and the organization behind it — an expired card, a connector that stopped syncing, a scheduled campaign the balance will not cover — worst first, with an absolute deadline wherever one exists. - [Recommendations](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/project-setup/recommendations): The third question an account asks, after what is left to configure and what has broken: what is worth doing next. - **Audience** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/audience/overview): The audience is the project's single, merged view of the people it knows: contacts assembled from every data source, the attributes and events they carry, the filters that select them, the segments that keep those filters, and the endpoints that count and retrieve them. - [Contacts and attributes](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/audience/contacts-and-attributes): How records arriving from several data sources become one audience contact, what the merging attributes decide, and how to read the project's live attribute catalogue: system versus custom attributes, data types, uniqueness and event-derived fields. - [Events](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/audience/events): What an audience event is, how the project's event catalogue and its parameter schemas are discovered live, how events attach to a contact, and how to tell an event type that is declared apart from one that actually arrives. - [Query filter](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/audience/query-filter): Search and segment the unified audience with a structured JSON filter. - [Event query filter](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/audience/event-query-filter): Search and aggregate audience events with a structured JSON filter. - [Probes](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/audience/probes): Two POST endpoints that measure what a project's audience actually contains before you filter it: attribute coverage (fill rate, distinct values, most frequent values, numeric and date ranges) and event volumes (which event types arrive, when the last one arrived, and the real values their parameters carry). - [Counting and retrieval](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/audience/counting-and-retrieval): Which endpoint answers which question about the audience: the exact count of a filter, a quick search, a cursor traverse of a large result set, a single contact by id or identifier, and what the subscription plan lets each of them return. - [Segments](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/audience/segments): A segment is a saved audience filter the project keeps by name: how to create one, read it back, understand its cached size, scroll its contacts, reference it from another filter, and audit where it is actually used. - **Campaigns** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/campaigns/overview): How the Product API models a campaign: the five endpoints it exposes, the draft-only contract behind all of them, and the statuses a campaign moves through. - [Creating a draft](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/campaigns/creating-a-draft): The POST contract for campaign drafts: what the smallest useful request looks like, the full request body field by field, the warnings the response carries, the limits and the error codes an integration has to handle. - [Audience targeting](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/campaigns/audience): Point a campaign draft at the right contacts: segment UIDs, inline audience filters, exclusions and the consent policy. - [Message content](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/campaigns/message): Write the copy a campaign draft carries: template variables and short links, the sender that speaks for it, SMS Unicode, RCS buttons, the SMS fallback for contacts RCS cannot reach, and how to declare languages to translate later. - [Dates and scheduling](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/campaigns/scheduling): The date on a campaign draft is a calendar anchor, not a send time — nothing is scheduled from the API. - [Reading campaigns](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/campaigns/reading-campaigns): The three read endpoints: one campaign by id, the project's filtered campaign list, and a digest of the whole project's campaign activity. - [Estimating and deleting](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/campaigns/estimating-and-deleting): The two operations that act on a campaign which already exists: pricing a draft and removing one. - **Flows** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/flows/overview): How the Product API models a flow: a branching automation made of a trigger event, steps and exits. - [Templates](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/flows/templates): GET /flow/templates returns the ready-made flows worth offering a project, scored against the events it really receives. - [Creating and editing drafts](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/flows/drafts): The draft contract of a flow: creating a flow with its first draft, reading the draft back, replacing it whole with an expectedDraftId precondition, and validating a graph without saving it. - [Triggers and exits](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/flows/triggers-and-exits): How a flow starts and stops, field by field: the trigger event and the one source it should listen to, Instasent's own events, the event filter, who may enter, the re-entry limits, the exits that take a contact out, and how goals are counted. - [Nodes](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/flows/nodes): The graph a flow draft carries: how nodes chain through nextStep and paths, why relations are bare ids, the node types the API accepts, how a send is written (sender, text, consent policy, translations, RCS fallback), and every branch. - [Delays and waits](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/flows/delays): Every way a flow waits: the fixed delay, the window delay in the contact's local time, the smart delay configured by name with a preset, an urgency and legal hours, and the two waits that pause until the contact acts or a message is delivered. - **Analytics** - [Overview](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/analytics/overview): Curated, read-only performance reports for your account, campaigns, automations, flows and transactional traffic. - [Statistics catalog](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/analytics/statistics): Every statistic you can request from the Analytics endpoints — delivery, engagement, conversion, cost, suppression, replies and goals — what each one means, which report families expose it, and which figures are approximate. - [Building queries](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/analytics/building-queries): Shape an Analytics request: choose a timeframe (predefined or custom), set the timezone and output currency, break results down with group_by, narrow them with bounded filters, and attach a previous-period comparison. - [Conversions & revenue](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/analytics/conversions): How the Analytics revenue statistics are computed: conversion scopes, how revenue tracking is configured, when a scope comes back null versus zero, and currency. - [Reading results](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/analytics/reading-results): The Analytics response shapes: values reports, time series, grouped series and compare reports, plus the freshness block, the comparison block, warnings and the error model. - [Flow reports](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/analytics/flows): Discover flows and their versions, then report on them: a flow's time series covers every version at once, or a single version when you scope it, which is how an A/B test is measured before it is promoted. - **API conventions** - [Rate limits](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/rate-limits): The Product API is rate-limited per organization and per endpoint class. - [Errors](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/errors): The Product API uses standard HTTP status codes. - [OpenAPI spec](https://docs.instasent.com/openapi/product.openapi.yaml): machine-readable spec for the Product API. - [Full docs dump](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/product-api/llms-full.txt): every page of the Product API concatenated for LLM context. ### Ingest API - [Guide](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/ingest-api/guide): The Ingest API imports contacts and events into an Instasent project so every downstream surface — audiences, campaigns, analytics — sees the same source of truth. - [Quickstart](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/ingest-api/quickstart): Load a contact and record an event in under five minutes. - [Authentication](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/ingest-api/authentication): The Ingest API authenticates each request with a bearer token scoped to a datasource. - [Rate limits](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/ingest-api/rate-limits): Ingest traffic is rate-limited per datasource and per endpoint. - [Errors](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/ingest-api/errors): The Ingest API uses standard HTTP status codes plus a partial-success body for batched writes. - [OpenAPI spec](https://docs.instasent.com/openapi/ingest.openapi.yaml): machine-readable spec for the Ingest API. - [Full docs dump](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/ingest-api/llms-full.txt): every page of the Ingest API concatenated for LLM context. ### Further reading - [Query Filter](https://docs.instasent.com/platform-api/further-reading/query-filter): Shared syntax for filtering, sorting, paginating and grouping results on the Product API's list endpoints. ## A2P Messaging API — self-service messaging for applications and AI agents (English only) This zone's own index: https://docs.instasent.com/a2p-messaging-api/llms.txt ### Overview - **SMS** - [Senders](https://docs.instasent.com/a2p-messaging-api/channels/sms/senders): Every SMS sent through the A2P Messaging API goes out from a sender registered in your account. - [Coverage](https://docs.instasent.com/a2p-messaging-api/channels/sms/coverage): Which countries the A2P Messaging API can send SMS to, what each country asks of your sender, how that shows in the sender's sheet in the dashboard, and how coverage differs from the destination countries you allow. - [Destination countries](https://docs.instasent.com/a2p-messaging-api/channels/sms/destination-countries): Destination countries limit where your A2P Messaging API project can send SMS, for every sender, over HTTP and SMPP. - [Wildcard route](https://docs.instasent.com/a2p-messaging-api/channels/sms/wildcard-route): The wildcard route lets wholesale providers send SMS whose sender is not registered in their account, under the Wildcard Sender (in transit). - **RCS** - [Agents](https://docs.instasent.com/a2p-messaging-api/channels/rcs/agents): Sending RCS through the A2P Messaging API is coming soon. - [OpenAPI spec](https://docs.instasent.com/openapi/transactional.openapi.yaml): machine-readable spec for the A2P Messaging API. -
