# LiveControl

> LiveControl is a fully managed remote video production service. After a one-time
> equipment install, a marketplace of professional videographers produces each of your
> live events end to end — camera control, live switching, graphics, streaming, and

## What it is

LiveControl provides the production labor, not just streaming tools. Platforms such as
Resi, BoxCast, and FuneralOne help you stream, record, and distribute — but your own
staff or volunteers still run cameras, switching, audio, and graphics. With LiveControl,
a remote videographer operates the full multi-camera event for you.

Every subscription includes the LiveControl Encoder: an on-site device connecting your
cameras and network to the production platform, giving remote videographers real-time
control to pan, tilt, and zoom cameras, switch angles, adjust image settings, trigger
graphics, and manage the stream.

## How it works

1. **Install** — the LiveControl Encoder is installed with your cameras (existing PTZ
   cameras from every major brand are supported; new cameras can be purchased or leased).
2. **Schedule** — you schedule produced events in the dashboard.
3. **Produce** — a professional videographer remotely produces the event in real time.
4. **Stream and archive** — events stream to your branded web player and are recorded
   automatically with unlimited archiving.

A *produced event* is a multi-camera live event operated by a LiveControl remote
videographer for a set duration (a standard produced event runs about 90 minutes).
