# MPS API

> MPS API is a REST API for buying and managing mobile 4G/5G, residential and datacenter IPv4 proxies. Developers use it to automate proxy purchase, IP rotation and geo changes; resellers buy through it with a 16% discount and sell to their own clients under their own brand. Typical uses: public data collection, price and SERP monitoring, SEO analytics, testing websites and apps from different regions, workflow automation.

Key facts (platform data, September–October 2026):
- 15,000+ proxies in use right now; mobile proxies in 47 countries with operator choice; residential IPs in 178 countries with city and ASN targeting; datacenter IPv4 in 23 countries.
- Prices: mobile from 490 RUB per day or 2,490 RUB per 30 days (depends on country); residential from 117 RUB per GB (bundles of 1–100 GB for 30 days); datacenter IPv4 120 RUB per 30 days. API prices equal account prices.
- Reseller discount: 16% on mobile and residential proxies for rental periods up to 90 days, after the reseller application is approved; passed as coupons_code in purchase requests. No discount on datacenter IPv4.
- 70+ REST commands, Bearer-token auth, JSON responses; rate limit 3 requests per second per active proxy (HTTP 429 above it). Examples in cURL, Python, Node.js and Go; OpenAPI spec and SDKs.
- About 2.2 million IP changes per day; 300,000+ API requests per day.
- MCP server for AI agents (Claude, Cursor, Windsurf): hosted at https://mcp.mpsapi.com/mcp (quotes purchases, does not charge) or a local version that can buy and renew from the balance.
- No minimum order: one proxy for one day is a valid order.
