## Tool classification

Per Meta's Muse connector guidelines: a Read changes nothing; a Write changes stored state or moves credit back to the person but buys nothing and contacts no one (a tool that reads and writes is a Write); a Sensitive write charges, sends, books, dispatches, cancels or deletes and needs the person's explicit approval. Side effects, cost, approval and rate limit per tool are in each connector brief and in OpenAPI as `x-muse-classification`.
