# OpenHelm > OpenHelm is an operating system for AI agents. Its first template grows and looks after a live product: agents build a keyword plan from Google Keyword Planner data, write and publish posts to the product’s own repository, keep pages indexed through Google Search Console, make the product easy for AI answer engines to cite, map user journeys from GA4 and turn stalls into tasks, fix production bugs reported by Sentry or by customers (verified in production before the issue is resolved), and answer customer email with risky replies held for human approval. Agents run on the user’s own Claude Code or Codex subscription, on a local model such as Gemma through Ollama, or on hosted models billed from plan credits. It is used in the browser at www.app.openhelm.ai or as a macOS app. Made by Maxed Labs Ltd in the UK. ## Product - [AI SEO agents that plan, write and fix your search](https://www.openhelm.ai/seo): AI SEO that does the work: a keyword plan from Keyword Planner, posts written and published, indexing fixed in Search Console and rankings reported weekly. - [Autoblogging you would actually publish](https://www.openhelm.ai/autoblogging): Honest autoblogging: posts written against a keyword plan, committed to your repo, checked live, indexed, linked into clusters and refreshed when they stop earning. - [Generative engine optimization (GEO) and AI visibility](https://www.openhelm.ai/ai-visibility): Generative engine optimization, run by agents: llms.txt, schema and crawler access audited, citable facts written, and AI visibility tracked across answer engines. - [A customer journey map that updates itself](https://www.openhelm.ai/user-funnels): Agents build a customer journey map from your product and GA4 events, watch each step, and turn the places users get stuck into tasks with the evidence attached. - [An AI coding agent for production bugs](https://www.openhelm.ai/bug-fixing): An AI coding agent that wakes when Sentry or a customer reports a bug, checks it is real, fixes it, deploys, verifies in production and resolves the issue. - [AI customer service by email, with you in the loop](https://www.openhelm.ai/customer-support): AI customer service for your product inbox: every email answered from what the product really does, with risky replies held for your approval. ## Platform - [An agent operating system for recurring work](https://www.openhelm.ai/platform): OpenHelm is an agent operating system: agents, jobs on schedules and triggers, data tables, charts, approvals, memory and templates, in one place. - [Run agents on your Claude Code subscription, Codex or a local LLM](https://www.openhelm.ai/models): Put your Claude Code subscription or Codex plan to work around the clock, run a local LLM such as Gemma through Ollama, or use hosted models billed from credits. - [Product growth template: AI for startups with a live product](https://www.openhelm.ai/templates/product-growth): The product growth template gives a live product a full crew of agents for SEO, content, funnels, bug fixing and customer email.
