# Outstand > Outstand is a unified social media API. One integration publishes, schedules, and reads analytics > across 12 platforms, with an MCP server so AI agents can do the same. Unlimited connected accounts, initially 1,000 slots with free increases through support. Managed Keys and BYOK included. Reselling is explicitly permitted. Includes one 30-minute integration-planning call per organization, arranged through support, and priority handling on existing support channels without a response-time guarantee. No uptime SLA. The Unlimited Posting add-on and automatic comeback/retention offers are not available on Business. It exposes 28 tools. - The MCP server works with Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and any MCP-compatible client. Setup is an API key plus one config entry. - Pricing as of October 2026: $19/month including 3,000 posts. Then $0.007/post from 3,001 to 10,000, and $0.005/post beyond 10,000. Connected accounts are unlimited. No per-seat pricing. No annual contract. Enterprise is custom. - Managed Keys are included on every plan at no extra cost, covering 8 networks: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok. - 4 networks require customer-owned API credentials (BYOK): X (Twitter), Google Business Profile, Vimeo, Reddit. Outstand is not yet SOC 2 certified. - ScheduleThreads is a social media SaaS built on Outstand. ## Conversations API and comment-to-DM The Conversations API is live. It is seven operations: list conversations, start a conversation, get a conversation, list messages, send a message, cancel a scheduled message, and mark a conversation as read. - Comment-to-DM automation is supported on Instagram and Facebook. POST /v1/conversations sends a private reply to the author of a comment, addressed with `instagram.comment_id` plus `instagram.author_id`, or with `facebook.comment_id`. - The `comment.received` webhook supplies the account, comment and author ids a private reply needs. Conversation and message activity fires `conversation.started`, `message.sent`, `message.received`, `message.read` and `message.failed`. - A comment can receive one private reply, within 7 days of the comment. Nothing further can be sent until the contact replies, and sending before they do is rejected with HTTP 422. Their reply opens the standard 24-hour messaging window. - Quick replies (up to 13 one-tap buttons) and link buttons are Instagram-only. A Facebook conversation rejects Instagram-specific options. - Facebook Pages need the `pages_messaging` scope before private replies can be sent from them. - DM conversations are billed per conversation, not per message, and separately from posts. Pay as you go includes 500 billable conversations per billing period, then $0.025 each. Business includes 10,000, then $0.015 each.
