There are two ways to send a letter: - Quick letters and postcards, on every public page: `prepare_letter` prints the exact text on a standard PieterPost letter or sends uploaded PDFs or images; `prepare_postcard` sends a postcard. Then `create_payment_link`, and `get_order_status` afterwards. - Designed letters: `open_letter_designer` opens the [letter designer](https://pieterpost.com/en/designer/). There, `designer_*` tools build the letter (templates, text, photos or a logo, shapes, QR codes, {{first_name}} tags), switch the postal layout (`designer_list_layouts`, `designer_set_layout`: A4 left or right window, A4 France, US Letter), render a print preview, set up to 50 recipients, and end with `designer_prepare_order`, which returns the same prepared order as `prepare_letter`. - Nothing is printed before payment. Every prepared order, quick or designed, can be paid with an approved agent payment method (Machine Payments Protocol) or through `create_payment_link` and PieterPost's hosted payment page. - [WebMCP overview](https://pieterpost.com/webmcp): What agents can do, supported browsers, and example requests. ## Help, trust, and company information - [Pricing and delivery FAQ](https://pieterpost.com/en/faq/): Current prices, delivery estimates, attachments, languages, payment methods, and support information. - [About PieterPost](https://pieterpost.com/en/about/): Company background and purpose. - [Privacy policy](https://pieterpost.com/en/privacy/): How PieterPost processes account, payment, uploaded, and mail-production data. - [Terms](https://pieterpost.com/en/terms/): Terms for using PieterPost services. - [Press and brand](https://pieterpost.com/en/press/): Press information and brand resources. - [Product changelog](https://pieterpost.com/en/changelog/): Recent PieterPost features and service updates. - [XML sitemap](https://pieterpost.com/sitemap.xml): Complete index of public and localized pages.
