# Roraima

> Roraima is a platform for people who rent out B&Bs, holiday homes, rooms and spaces by the hour. Each owner gets a booking page of their own. Roraima charges no commission on bookings. Only card fees apply when the guest pays by card. The Start plan is free.

Calendars stay in sync with Booking.com and Airbnb. Guests check in on their own with smart locks, using codes that are valid only for their stay. Guest payments go to the owner's account. In Italy, guest data is sent to Alloggiati Web (Polizia di Stato), ISTAT statistics are handled, and the guest pays the tourist tax from their own page.

The same tools sell paid use of connected devices: entrances and turnstiles, barriers, lights, EV charging points, lockers, meeting rooms, padel and tennis courts, and equipment. Automations run only for the customer who has paid.

## For guests and AI assistants

Guests can look for a place to stay on Roraima from an AI assistant, through the public MCP server at https://roraima.io/mcp/guest. It finds the listings free on the chosen dates, gives the total price of a stay and returns a link to the listing page with arrival, departure and guests already set, where the guest books and pays. The same link can be written by hand, adding ?checkin=YYYY-MM-DD&checkout=YYYY-MM-DD&guests=N to the address of a listing booked by the night. The server also searches the smart devices and installation services on sale.
