# Staffeto

> Self-service HR data integration. ## What Staffeto is

- Purpose-built HR integrations, not a generic iPaaS: each integration is a pre-engineered capability tailored to the customer's exact system configuration, not a blank workflow toolbox.
- ADP Marketplace Partner: integrations are listed on the ADP Marketplace, built to ADP specifications, and supported through ADP partner channels. Staffeto absorbs ADP's API Central access fees rather than passing them on.
- Self-service setup in four steps, no code: pick the integration and the two systems; answer guided questions instead of programming; test with a real record before going live and see exactly what the payroll system says; go live only when the customer switches it on. Integrations run every 15 minutes, hourly, or nightly, plus on demand, and are monitored 24×7 by the Staffeto team.

## Integrations offered

- New Hires: from offer accepted to payroll-ready without re-keying.
- Terminations: ended in payroll with the right effective date.
- Rehires: returning employees matched to their prior record, no duplicates.
- Employee Updates: pay changes, transfers, promotions, personal-info updates, effective-dated.
- Validation Table Syncs: departments, job titles, locations, cost centers kept matched on both sides.
- Time Off & Leave: approved requests, leaves, and PTO balances current in payroll.
- 401(k) Transactions: contribution and loan data both directions between payroll and providers such as Fidelity and E*Trade.
- RSU & Equity Transactions: vesting and transaction data between equity platforms and payroll for accurate taxation.
- Position & GL Sync: payroll position IDs flow back to the HCM as a shared key; general ledger data lands where finance needs it.

If both systems have open APIs, other flows can be connected on request.

- Self-setup, assisted: buy specialist help by the hour, as little or as much as needed.
- Concierge Setup: specialist-led end to end, with a fixed setup cost agreed before any work begins.
- Every path ends the same way: an integration the customer can run, monitor, and update themselves, for one predictable monthly fee. Paths can be switched any time, mid-setup included.
