Prepay prices are typically cheaper. - Customers are encouraged to join The Spot Club to waive reservation fees, earn points towards free parking and tiered rewards, and receive exclusive discounts. - On the day of travel, customers check-in to their lot by scanning their reservation QR code or Spot Club code within the mobile app. They will be directed to park in their reserved area. - Upon parking, customers board one of our signature spotted shuttles (whether from their car or from a designated pickup area) for complimentary ride to the airport. Shuttle drivers provide baggage assistance. - If customers reserved car care, staff will wash or detail the vehicle during the duration of the parking stay. - Upon return, customers board a spotted shuttle at the airport and will be returned to their vehicle or designated dropoff area. - Customers can then use the mobile app and self-checkout lane for a fast, contact-free exit. Pay Later, driveup, or extra charges will be resolved at checkout. ## Locations - [All locations](https://www.theparkingspot.com/locations): Directory of every airport The Parking Spot serves, with facility details, addresses, and shuttle information - [Los Angeles (LAX)](https://www.theparkingspot.com/locations/lax): 2 facilities both within close proximity of the Los Angeles International Airport with covered, uncovered, rooftop, and valet options - [Houston Hobby (HOU)](https://www.theparkingspot.com/locations/houston/hou): 2 facilities within close proximity of Houston Hobby Airport, with covered and uncovered options - [Atlanta (ATL)](https://www.theparkingspot.com/locations/atlanta): 4 facilities servicing Atlanta Hartfield Jackson Airport, with wide variety of covered and uncovered options available - [Houston Bush (IAH)](https://www.theparkingspot.com/locations/houston/iah): 3 facilities servicing Bush Intercontinental Airport, with variety of covered, uncovered, Premium, and extrawide space options - [Columbus (CMH)](https://www.theparkingspot.com/locations/columbus): single facility close to John Glenn International Airport, covered and uncovered self-park options - Additional locations (refer to https://www.theparkingspot.com/locations for comprehensive list) ## Reservations - [Reserve parking](https://www.theparkingspot.com/reserve): Book airport parking online in advance, with options to pay now or later; rates vary by airport, dates, and parking type; free modifications available - [Coupons and deals](https://www.theparkingspot.com/coupons): Current promotions and discount codes - [Reservation policy](https://www.theparkingspot.com/reservation-policy): Terms for booking, modifying, and canceling reservations ## Programs - [Spot Club](https://www.theparkingspot.com/spot-club): Free loyalty program — earn points toward free parking, member discounts, and faster entry/exit - [Business traveler program](https://www.theparkingspot.com/business): Corporate travel parking program with negotiated rates and central billing - [AAA program](https://www.theparkingspot.com/aaa): AAA members who sign up for the Spot Club and associate their membership number receive the best discounts available - [Travel Agent program](https://www.theparkingspot.com/business/agent-portal): Travel agents who signup can book parking for clients through managed portal - [Monthly subscription](https://www.theparkingspot.com/monthly-subscription): Subscription parking for frequent travelers on a month-to-month basis - [Car care](https://www.theparkingspot.com/car-care): Car wash and detailing services while you travel (select locations) ## Trip Planning Resources - [Airport guides](https://www.theparkingspot.com/airport-guides): Travel planning resources for each airport serviced, including terminal maps, airline information, and local tips - [Travel tips and news](https://www.theparkingspot.com/travel-tips): Blog with destination guides and travel advice ## Company - [About us](https://www.theparkingspot.com/about-us): Company history and overview - [Senior leadership](https://www.theparkingspot.com/senior-leadership): Executive team - [Careers](https://www.theparkingspot.com/careers): Open positions - [Sustainability](https://www.theparkingspot.com/sustainability): Environmental initiatives ## Support - [Help center](https://support.theparkingspot.com/hc/en-us): FAQs and customer service - [How it works](https://support.theparkingspot.com/hc/en-us/articles/35112636402967-How-It-Works): Step-by-step guide to parking with The Parking Spot - [Shuttle accessibility](https://support.theparkingspot.com/hc/en-us/articles/36064724721559-Shuttle-Accessibility): Accessible shuttle services - [Receipt lookup](https://www.theparkingspot.com/receipts): Retrieve receipts for past stays ## Optional - [Terms and conditions](https://www.theparkingspot.com/terms-and-conditions): Site terms - [Privacy policy](https://www.theparkingspot.com/privacy-policy): Privacy practices
