# TEOS Intelligence -- US WARN Act Layoff Intelligence > 6,307 normalized WARN Act layoff and closure notices covering 570,457 affected workers across five US states, refreshed every 12 hours from primary government sources and served as query-ready JSON. ## What this is WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification) Act filings are the legally-mandated notices US employers file before a mass layoff or plant closing. They are public records, published by each state in a different format -- spreadsheets, PDFs, and dashboards. This service normalizes them into one schema with stable provenance back to the source artifact. Coverage: California (1,999 notices, latest effective date 2027-02-26), Texas (2,358 notices, latest effective date 2026-09-30), New York (297 notices, latest effective date 2027-03-31), Illinois (1,417 notices, latest effective date 2028-02-01), North Carolina (236 notices, latest effective date 2027-12-31). ## Live API Base URL: https://api.tppflow.com OpenAPI spec: https://api.tppflow.com/.well-known/openapi.json GET https://api.tppflow.com/api/v1/warn/notices Query WARN notices. Checkout: https://buy.stripe.com/7sY5kweawcc1gqw0P7fEk0d After checkout you are redirected with a Stripe session id. GET https://api.tppflow.com/toll/claim?session_id= returns your API key. Also available through the RapidAPI marketplace: https://rapidapi.com/TEOSIntelligence/api/us-corporate-layoffs-warn-act-intelligence ## Free evaluation A frozen snapshot of the full normalized corpus is published free under CC-BY at https://huggingface.co/datasets/teosv1/us-warn-act-layoff-notices . It is the same schema as the live API. What the subscription buys is freshness, not access to the facts. ## Known limitations - New York coverage has a gap between April and December 2025: the legacy archive ends 2025-03 and the current source begins 2026-01. - Two Texas rows carry a parse artifact in effective_date (year 1930). - Freshness varies by state because publication cadence varies by state. The /api/v1/warn/stats endpoint reports the true latest date per state; trust it over any figure cached elsewhere. ## Details - https://tppflow.com/llms-full.txt : full endpoint reference with examples - https://tppflow.com/index.html : per-state, per-use-case pages - Source: public state government WARN filings. Records are provenance- stamped to the originating artifact.
