# TPSClear TPSClear is a UK Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and Corporate TPS (CTPS) screening service for sales teams. Live today as a native HubSpot app, a Zoho CRM integration, Zapier actions, and a REST API with self-serve keys and prepaid packs; Pipedrive is in marketplace review, and Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and Capsule integrations are in build. Operated by Voll Studios Ltd, registered in England (09302803). > Real-time and continuous CRM-side TPS/CTPS screening for UK contacts and companies. The verdict is on the record before a rep dials, not the morning after a batch. ## Key facts - Pricing: three plans, identical screening engine on each. Starter £95 a month or £1,045 a year (up to 2,500 screened contacts every 28 days). Starter overage is £15 per 1,000 checks if switched on. Standard £295 a month or £3,245 a year (unlimited screening checks on the records in your CRM, under fair use up to 1,000,000 checks every 28 days, a 99.9% uptime SLA and a signed DPA). Scale £795 a month or £8,745 a year (everything in Standard, plus unlimited screening under fair use up to 3,000,000 checks every 28 days, 5,000 dead number checks every 28 days, priority support with a named account manager, up to 5 CRM accounts). Above the fair-use ceiling, screening pauses unless overage at £15 per 1,000 is switched on. Zapier and REST API packs are charged per check. Monthly plans cancel any time. The card is charged at checkout and the account is activated automatically once Stripe confirms the payment; accounts paid by invoice are activated by hand, usually within 1 working day of receipt of funds. - Live today: HubSpot marketplace app (free to install; screening activates on subscription), Zapier (https://zapier.com/apps/tpsclear/integrations, actions Screen Phone Number Against TPS and CTPS, Add Number to Suppression List, Add Number to Consent List, and Screen Australian Phone Number Against DNCR) and the REST API. Zapier and API checks are prepaid: packs of 1,000 (£9), 5,000 (£24), 10,000 (£39), 50,000 (£149), 100,000 (£199), 500,000 (£599), 1,000,000 (£799) and 5,000,000 (£2,499) checks (more than 5,000,000 by invoice), one credit per live check, credits valid 12 months, bought self-serve at https://tpsclear.co.uk/account with magic-link sign-in. Test keys are free. In build: Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Zoho, Capsule. - Screening cadence: real-time on every phone-number change, plus an optional nightly re-check of any number last checked 27 or more days ago. Non-UK and invalid numbers are marked Not a valid UK number and do not use a check. - Australia: HubSpot accounts can also wash Australian numbers against ACMA's Do Not Call Register, with a DNCR Status property per phone field, such as Mobile Phone DNCR Status (On the DNCR, Not on the DNCR, Not a valid AU number); a wash is valid for 30 days. HubSpot add-on plans AU Starter A$149, AU Standard A$599 and AU Scale A$2,990 per 30 days, or yearly at eleven times the 30-day price, activated by hand within one working day. For Zapier and the REST API (POST /v1/dncr), prepaid wash packs from 100 washes for A$4, bought at https://tpsclear.co.uk/account like UK checks; live key only. - Registers: around 13.5 million consumer numbers on TPS and around 1.1 million corporate numbers on CTPS. - Legal context: unsolicited live marketing calls to TPS or CTPS-registered numbers breach PECR unless the subscriber gave specific prior consent. Since 5 February 2026 the ICO can fine up to £17.5 million or 4% of global turnover. - Licensing: Voll Studios Ltd, the company behind TPSClear, is licensed by the DMA as a TPS and CTPS list cleaner. Register data is supplied through licensed data partners. Licensing documentation is shared with every customer. ## Product - [Home](https://tpsclear.co.uk/): TPSClear overview, multi-CRM positioning, comparison with the existing UK TPS marketplace app. - [Features](https://tpsclear.co.uk/features): Three checks: UK numbers against TPS and CTPS, Australian numbers against the Do Not Call Register, and dead number checks (HLR lookups) that ask the mobile network whether a mobile is live, switched off or dead. - [How it works](https://tpsclear.co.uk/how-it-works): Architecture, the three-step Connect / Configure / Run flow, per-CRM capability matrix. - [Pricing](https://tpsclear.co.uk/pricing): Three plans from £95 to £795 a month that screen your CRM against the TPS and CTPS in real time; tiers differ on volume and support. (1) Prepaid packs for Zapier, the REST API and the MCP server (no billing field), in three kinds: UK credits, packs of 1,000 (£9), 5,000 (£24), 10,000 (£39), 50,000 (£149), 100,000 (£199), 500,000 (£599), 1,000,000 (£799) or 5,000,000 (£2,499) TPS/CTPS checks, valid 12 months; Australian Do Not Call Register washes, from 100 washes (A$4) to 100,000 (A$1,170); and dead number checks, live mobile network (HLR) lookups through POST /v1/dead-number that say whether a mobile is live, switched off or dead, in packs of 100 (£1), 250 (£2.50) or 500 (£5) (1p a check), valid 12 months. A US number counts as two dead number checks; numbers that are not mobiles and invalid numbers are not charged. (2) CRM subscription plans (billing monthly or yearly), keyed to an installed HubSpot portal. Packs are bought from a TPSClear account at https://tpsclear.co.uk/account by a human: sign in with a work email (a one-time sign-in link is emailed), give the legal name of the business the checks are for, pay by card, then create a live API key on the same page. GETting a pack's checkout_url returns a 409 with these steps, a requirements list, the account URL with the pack preselected (https://tpsclear.co.uk/account?pack=) and the reason, rather than a Stripe redirect. The reason: Voll Studios Ltd, the company behind TPSClear, is licensed by the DMA as a TPS and CTPS list cleaner. The licence requires a monthly declaration naming each client, so a live API key must belong to an account that names the business it screens numbers for. A live key on an account with no business name gets HTTP 403 with error client_name_required. Fix it with PATCH /v1/me and the body {"company_name": "..."}, or at https://tpsclear.co.uk/account. Plans have no anonymous payment link; their checkout_url also returns a 409 with next steps. To buy a plan: install the app at https://tpsclear.co.uk/install (about five minutes, OAuth), then subscribe from inside the app. Screening activates once the card payment is confirmed. Prices in the feed are minor units in the stated currency. MCP server: https://tpsclear.co.uk/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP). Auth: the header Authorization: Bearer , or OAuth 2.1 sign-in to a TPSClear account (dynamic client registration, PKCE S256; metadata at https://tpsclear.co.uk/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/api/mcp). Claude connects as a custom connector with no key. Tools: - screen_numbers: screen UK numbers against TPS and CTPS. - wash_au_numbers: wash Australian numbers against the Do Not Call Register. - check_dead_numbers: live mobile network (HLR) lookups, live, switched off or dead. - get_account: the account's balances and company name. - set_company_name: set the legal name of the business the account screens for. - buy_credits: returns a Stripe Checkout URL for a named pack, payable by a human with a card; the credits land on the key's own account.
