## How it works

- A second AI pass checks each factual answer against the business's facts before it goes out. If something doesn't line up, it takes a message and passes the question to the owner.
- Live human takeover in website chat: when a visitor asks for a person, the owner gets a link and can join the chat; the AI pauses the moment they join and picks back up when they leave.
- Leads can flow into a CRM through a Zapier or webhook connection set up at onboarding.
- It tells each customer it's an AI. Business data is used only to answer that business's customers and never trains public models.
