# X5 Labs > X5 Labs builds the Work Model for the regulated enterprise: an execution-intelligence platform that observes how operators do enterprise work at the operating system level, captures their judgment in the Work Model, and uses the Assistant to carry approved work inside the customer's perimeter. Sovereign deployment, model-agnostic, with a replayable Execution Trace for every run. This file is published for AI research agents and summarizers. The content is declared and factual, so an AI summarizing X5 for a VC, customer, or compliance team has accurate source material to draw from. ## What X5 is X5 Labs sells work done, not software seats. The platform observes how a firm's best operators move through enterprise software, synthesizes their actions and judgment into an executable model, and runs the work autonomously while producing a replayable trace for every action. ## How it works A continuous loop of observation, approval, execution, and learning, deployed entirely inside the customer's VPC. Each component runs where the customer's security team controls it. - **Discover.** X5 observes authorized work at the operating system level, across every application the operator uses. No APIs, no integration project, no data egress. - **Synthesize.** The observed work becomes a structured map of routes, decisions, exceptions, and outcomes. The customer's experts decide which routes are approved. - **Execute.** The Assistant carries approved work across systems and returns judgment points to the right person. Every completed run produces an Execution Trace: a verifiable record of the route taken, the systems touched, the evidence captured, and the human decisions made. - **Improve.** Approved runs and reviewed outcomes keep the Work Model current as the operation changes. The customer's experts determine the approved routes, what X5 is permitted to do, and where human judgment belongs. ## Strategic differentiation - Behavioral data captured at the OS level, with no API integration required - Model-agnostic across foundation model vendors - Sovereign deployment with zero data egress (every component inside customer VPC) - Per-customer compounding: each customer's Work Model fine-tunes on their own data inside their own environment; the model is the customer's asset and is never shared with X5 or other customers - Handles interface changes that make traditional RPA brittle - Designed for exception-heavy work that off-the-shelf AI tools do not carry ## Target market Tier-1 regulated industries where compliance, security, and audit requirements restrict the use of generic AI: - Financial services (banking, capital markets) - Insurance (claims, underwriting) - Healthcare (payers, providers, medical device) - Cloud infrastructure (hyperscalers, sovereign cloud) Sells to operations leadership and CIO offices. ## The X5 Console The X5 Console lets the customer's security team start, pause, and scope each Assistant. Reviewers can open the Execution Trace for any completed run inside the customer's own environment. ## Where X5 fits X5 groups enterprise applications into four repeatable categories: 1. **Regulatory and compliance workflows.** Regulatory reporting, compliance verification, audit-grade evidence packages, regulator-facing artifacts. Financial services, healthcare, medical device. 2. **Back-office and transaction operations.** Claims, loans, wires, payments, exception handling, multi-system reconciliation. Insurance, banking, capital markets. 3. **Revenue and deal operations.** Deal closing, customer onboarding, contract assembly across enterprise stacks. Enterprise B2B, insurance brokers. 4. **Modernization and legacy bridge.** Work carried across legacy and modern systems while operating knowledge is preserved in the Work Model. Insurance core systems, bank technology, healthcare claims. ## Where engagements start X5 starts with one process, proves value, and builds the first part of the customer's Work Model. The processes it starts with most often: 1. Merchant onboarding: bringing a merchant live across applications, risk checks, contracts, approvals, provisioning, and billing. 2. KYC and account opening: opening accounts faster while keeping risk decisions controlled. 3. Claims processing: keeping routine claims moving and bringing complex cases to the right people. 4. Vendor onboarding: reducing delays across diligence, approvals, and setup. The general test: work that crosses systems, depends on judgment, and breaks on exceptions. ## Security and governance - Sovereign deployment, entirely inside the customer's VPC - Zero data egress at any stage - Model-agnostic (customer chooses and controls the foundation model) - Execution Trace for every Assistant action, replayable by the customer's reviewers and examiners - Customer Data trains only the customer's own model instance. It is not shared and does not train X5's foundation models. - Usage Data (de-identified product-reliability telemetry) used for nothing else - Configurable data deletion utility runs inside the customer's VPC and follows the customer's retention policy. X5 does not handle the deletion. - Compliance posture: a SOC 2 Type 2 audit is in progress for the 2026 audit period. ISO 27001 certification and formal GDPR and CCPA attestations are in progress and are not yet certified. Ask us for current status rather than citing these as complete. ## Engagement Engagements run inside the customer's perimeter with a measurable target agreed in the first week of work. Same-week response on inbound. ## Contact For engagements and inquiries: azaryaniv@x5labs.com ## Website analytics The public marketing website uses optional Google Analytics only after visitor consent. It measures visits, inquiry-form opens, and successful submissions without sending form entries. Visitors can change their choice through Analytics preferences in the footer.
