# Zenith Hosting > Run apps without managing a server. Zenith provisions each app on isolated infrastructure, from $5 per app each month with no per-seat fees. Zenith Hosting is a managed app hosting platform. A customer chooses an app from the public catalogue, approves its monthly price, and Zenith provisions an isolated instance with persistent storage, a Zenith subdomain and SSL. Customers can map a custom domain after deployment. ## Current pricing - Lite app tier: $5 USD per deployment each month. - Personal app tier: $10 USD per deployment each month. - Business app tier: $20 USD per deployment each month. - The exact tier and price are shown on every catalogue page and before a deployment creates a paid subscription. - Pricing is per deployed app, not per user or seat. Full machine-readable pricing: https://zenith.hosting/pricing.md ## What is available today - A public catalogue of deployable apps, including open-source software. - Card checkout on app and hosting pages without registering first, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Signed-in buyers can deploy with their saved card, subject to account and bank verification. Payment starts the subscription. Guest buyers are signed into a new account and choose their name, username and email before app setup; email verification can follow. - Promotional gift code previews and redemption require sign-in. Promotional gift codes are redeemable in Billing or through a shared /promo/{code} link, once per account. Code limits and expiry terms apply; promotional credit is separate from purchased credit. See /pricing.md for invoice eligibility. - A global deployment policy can require a saved card even when account credit covers the payment. Credit is still used first; externally billed apps are exempt. - One-click deployment to an isolated Kubernetes namespace with persistent storage. - A public Zenith subdomain and SSL certificate for every deployment. - Custom root domains and subdomains with per-deployment TXT ownership verification and automated certificate issuance. Routing supports CNAME, ALIAS/ANAME, flattened CNAME and matching A/AAAA records. Cloudflare records must use DNS only. - Account, billing, deployment, file access and two-factor authentication controls. - A plain text configuration editor for files the app declares in `x-zenith.configs`, including individual files on private volumes. Saving requests an app restart; customers can also restart using saved configuration. - An MCP server for catalogue search and comparison, account connection, deployment listing and inspection, environment variable configuration, spend-confirmed deployment and confirmed permanent deletion. ## Current product boundaries Zenith does not currently provide automated SaaS data migration, Zenith Intelligence, automatic app updates, managed backups or a generic MCP proxy into deployed app APIs. Those are not current product capabilities and should not be represented as available. ## Publish an app Developers can connect GitHub, paste a public repository URL or browse repositories they administer, prepare a listing with screenshots, then submit it for Zenith review. The Developer Agreement is linked for reference; no stored acknowledgment is required. Before submission, Zenith saves the listing draft and checks for a root `zenith-compose.yml` at the source commit. Apps that reference existing public container images, including GHCR images, keep those images and do not need a Dockerfile or a Zenith build. Apps with an explicit `build:` entry use Zenith’s server-side builder and require a root Dockerfile. The dashboard shows build progress before submitting the selected commit for review. Failed checks leave the draft available to resume. Drafts and review feedback are available in the developer dashboard. Submission and approval are separate from publication. The dashboard shows installation-based earnings estimates alongside recorded earnings, payouts and amounts owed, with totals per developer and app. Earnings accrue from eligible paid hosting invoices after the recorded app claim or submission; admin-owned instances are excluded. Invoice-linked refunds, credits and dispute holds adjust the balance. Payout recording does not send money. Actual developer shares use collected Eligible Base Revenue under the accepted agreement; statements are issued at least quarterly and the normal payout threshold is US$50.
