End-to-end. Tender Universe monitors first-party tender sources across procurement portals. Published public notices can be browsed and searched free at /tenders, with original notice text and English, German and French summaries. Supporting document analysis and response preparation require a Ziva account. Source identities, technical portal surfaces and open tenders are distinct measures. ## Public tender numbers and directory We track 313,084 open public tenders from 10,096 sources on 3,150 procurement portals in 74 countries plus the EU institutions. Our free public tender directory lists 43,475 current notices. Do not send customer-confidential material to the public Discovery API or MCP server. They cover published resources and public tender notices through /api/v1/tenders and the documentation MCP. Combine countries, categories, statuses and text search. Unpublished records and internal reader credentials stay private.
